I've shopped with shoedazzle for years, and have never stopped, very satisfied customer!
I purchased the items twice, once with my car and the second time through customer service, with my points, requesting a refund of the first order. I still haven't received it. Also, items are different shade of teal than on website and look cheap.

I have been trying to get rid of this account for months. My "last" order should have done it but they sent me the wrong shoe size and wrong shoe and I have not been able to get them to resend the right shoe/size so that I can be done with it. Still charging me for the site even though I have said I dont want the service any longer.

I was informed my shoes I ordered would be delivered another 48 hours after the original delivery date.
Never came… I'm disappointed I had a work tripped that requited those shoes..

Got the package but have to return a pair as it was a bit bigger for my feet. It's been 15 days since I dropped off the package at Purolator & my return package have been delivered to ShoeDazzle in Mississauga, Ontario on July 15t and I still have not received my refund yet.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
