I ordered 3 pair of shoes with my credits I had. I was to receive my shoes in July, which 2 pairs were for my engagement shoot. They did not arrive on the date that was showing at first and that was July 23rd( purchased July 14). I had to buy more shoes for my shoot at a local store. As of 8/6 I had still not received my shoes and had to have a "replacement" shipped. A part of me feel like they never shipped my shoes because my order "cost" me $0, although it was from my credits. I will be closing my account with Shoedazzle once I receive my shoes, IF they every arrive. ANNOYED!

I always send my packages to the Post Office and this is the 2nd time that the package was supposed to be at the Post Office but when I went to get it, it wasn't there.
You did replace my order but I think the company that you use to make delivers should be checked out missed deliveries.

I made a purchase on July 8 that had an estimated delivery date of July 18. I didn't receive an updates on shipping. When I checked the USPS link I saw that it was delayed. On July 20th I received an email from Shoedazzle saying the package would be delivered the next day but it was not. The package came on July 22 which was too late for the event I needed it for. I was disappointed with the level of communication about the delay and would not consider shoedazzle for another timely event as this is the second shipping issue I've had.

I have been with shoe dazzle for a while, and I just love it! Love the shoes, they get to me very fast, exekent quality. If for some reason I forget to skip the month I just call and they are more than happy to fix it for me.

One one my last pair of shoes were not so great. The glue that held the stones on was still wet and it cause the paper that the shoes are wrapped in to be stuck to the shoes. Even when you tried to take the paper off with easy it was cause the stones to lift from the shoes.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
