ShoeDazzle has really nice shoes and good prices if you buy at the right time. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because a lot of the pumps are not comfortable and could lead to health problems with your feet or back. The design team needs to work on this. The quality is also not great but okay for the price.
They however have excellent customer service.

Boots were cute and fit well. The only issue I had was customer service. Before I could place an order I had to call cx service to update my account. The cx representative was obviously a bit distracted because she was trying to care for a baby that I heard in the background. I totally get it if there was a babysitter issue because I'm a mom too but it threw me for a loop because I constantly needed to repeat myself to be heard over a crying baby. I hoped that representative worked out their caregiver situation.

The boots never came they said they was here and they wasn't I even called to verify and they still haven't made it I would never order again.

I received my order within a few days and I absolutely love their boots, sandals and heels! Most are decently priced and great materials. I've bought over 30 pairs in the past two and half years and all but a couple pair of sandals are still in brand new condition.

I ordered a specific pair of boots and color. Since the warehouse was out of my size. They decided to send what i didn't order. I was not contacted by Shoe dazzle stating they was out of the shoe and the color. Never trust them again

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms.
