The actual purchase from the website was very smooth. I received an order confirmation through email, but never received any shipping notifications or follow-ups after that. It was very hard to get any sort of update on my order after that because I did not have an account and made the purchase as a "guest". The order itself and product was great. The communication was lacking a little.

I recently purchased a hoodie from shoebacca only for it to be too big for me. The ease of returning was a breeze. I reordered the hoodie in a smaller size and received it in a timely manner. I was only given credit back on my source of payment within a few days. I really wished they had an exchange program where it would be so much easier for customers like us. Keep up the great work that shoebacca does. Bravo!

This is the second time I've shopped and ordered my shoes from Shoebacca and both times have had a great experience. I've now told so many people about the easiest way to buy new shoes. My wife still wanted to try shoes on before she bought them so I went with her to a shoe store and when she picked out a pair I pulled them up and compared them online with the same shoe at Shoebacca to show her the price difference.

I ordered shoes in my correct size the first time around from Shoebacca via amazon and I received the wrong shoe. After tons of emails, and time and even a return fee to amazon. I did get my shoes. When I started a new dialogue, to Shoebacca's credit, they gave me a refund but I would have appreciated the correct shoes the first time around and not waiting.

In the winter I require footwear with great tread as I live in Erie, PA. On the lake. My last pair of boots lasted three winters. I was so happt to find exactly what I wanted on sale, and delivered within a week.

I did not receive an email when my order shipped, although the email I received said I would be notified. Took over a week from order date to delivery, but this might be normal. I am spoiled by the delivery service of Amazon Prime.

I was really hesitant to purchase from this website as I thought it was a scam or perhaps fake shoes being sold on the site. It turns out that I was really wrong. The quality of the shoes blew my mind. The shoes are affordable and is the real deal just as would get on the actual shoes website, for example, Puma or any other brand of shoes. The delivery was fast. I am going to buy more shoes on shoebacca. Thank you for your fast delivery and authenticity. Disclaimer: If you wear size 9 in shoes for example, you need to order 9.5 in order to fit your actual size. Same thing if you wear size 10, order 10.5 otherwise the shoe will not fit, it would be a little too small for your feet. This is is the case even for my shoes I bought from Puma's website before I came across Shoebacca so it is not shoebacca's issues.
