I was hesitant to use this company because of all of the negative reviews that I read online. But, I decided to risk it because the hiking boots that I wanted were 40% off, saving be a total of around $100. I found ordering to be very easy, and completing my order Monday eventing, I received them on Friday as expected. It was a 3 day delivery from Texas to Northwest, Ohio. In conclusion, I wouldn't hesitate to use this site again.

I was pretty hesitant to order from Shoe Bacca after reading the negative reviews. I placed my order on a Friday evening and received it on Tues. My shoes were perfect as ordered. Nice job ShoeBacca. I will be back!

These are the perfect ankle boot: a flattering heel that is not too high, comfortable enough to wear all day and a beautiful shade of navy blue. They are slightly wider in the heel than the toe, but I just wore a thicker pair of socks and it was no problem. I received them a day earlier than expected and they were well-packed. These boots were brand new and look like they were never worn or tried on, no scuffs or marks.

Easy selection and multiple payment options. Also, the product was in new condition. I didn't think that they would be smaller than expected for a men's 8.5M. I wear an 8.5M for women and they fit, but slightly too wide.

Hi, I ordered Betsey Johnson Pearl sneakers which were $74.97and had a $10. Coupon for signing up.Very disappointed as when you pay this much for sneakers they should be new in boxThey weren't so I called to get an addition discount and instead was offered a 15% off next purchase.I think if the purchase is tried on already there should be a bigger discount.Therefore the 15% should have been applied to my present purchase not future. THANK YOU VERY DISAPPOINTED.I was offered to send them back but to much work, so keeping them but not happy.

I had never heard of this place before coming across their Ebay store. I ordered the same pair of shoes that they advertised on Ebay for less and still offered free shipping. I received the shoes in a timely manner, received email updates and the shoes were exactly as described.

I really liked this site. It's a pleasure to do business with such a store. The manager is in no hurry; you can safely ask about the product you are interested in over the phone.

I ordered my item on the shoebacca ebay store but had the website open and only after realized I would get a better price direct from the website. They were kind enough to cancel my ebay order and allow me to save more by purchasing direct. I will definitely recommend.

I ordered my running shoes on line. After giving the OK to PayPal, the shoebacca site said there was an error and the order did not go through. Yes, they still took my money from PayPal. After trying to get in touch with shoebacca every day for a week ( calls and email) I decided to fight through PayPal.
Finally heard from Shoebacca that they will refund the money... that was over two weeks ago and still no refund or follow up from them! Do Not Buy From Them!

I wear a size 1 1(US), but these 11 D size shoes were too small and not wide enough. And they only had D in size 11. So,, I took a chance. I would have returned them, however I only paid $29.95 per pair for 2 pairs. And the is a restocking fee that makes it untenable. But the shoes are nice for the price.

I bought a pair of reeboks from this site for 50 dollars off and they came within the estimated shipping time. The price is really good on the shoes and they aren't fakes. The only problem I had with my experience, which i heard many other people say, is that the customer service didn't meet my expectations. The first time I placed the order it did not go through so I called customer service but they would not pick up 3 times in a row. And after I finally reordered the shoes, my order conformation email stated I would be getting an email letting me know when the shoes were on the way. I never got this email. Other than that the site is good and trustworthy and I would probably buy from it again

Well trying to get a shipping label don't have a printer so they send an email to go somewhere to print it usps store charges 8.00 not paying a ridiculous fee. You offer a free shipping label to be sent in the mail still haven't recieved it. Never again will I order from this company again.

This is my first order placed with Shoebacca and I'm very pleased with the way this transaction happened; fast delivery, very competitive pricing, additional rebate and finally, I'm happy with my purchase. I'll definitively check out this site next time I plan to buy shoes.

Neither my usual snow boots nor my hiking boots could prevent slipping on the icy pavements and paths that have descended on New York City and Central Park in recent weeks. After a bad fall, I ordered pull-on cleats, which did a good job, but I could not walk on my wooden floors nor across the marble hallways without scratching them up, and they were not so useful on paved sidewalks that were a mix of clear and icy. So having learned about the amazing Vibram Arctic Grip, I bought a pair of Muck Boots from Shoebacca that have the Arctic Grip soles. I wish the boots had come in a size 10 1/2, since the 10 would undoubtedly have been too small and the 11 is quite roomy. But thick socks have remedied that and the boots, though very big and rather ungainly-looking, give me plenty of support, and I can walk much more confidently on icy paths. I plan to keep these as my go-to ice boots.

Ordering was easy, site easy to navigate. The boots I ordered were exactly what I was looking for. Great price on the boots, actually about 40 dollars less than what they would have cost in the hunting store. The fit was perfect! Will buy from shoebacca again!

I ordered gold Stan smiths shoes and received them in a timely manner. Only issue was the placement of the shoes in the box. They might've been shifted around during transit, but one shoe was on top of the other, creating a crease on one shoe. It's nothing too bad though. Loved the site.

So happy! I got Cole Haan shoes at clearance prices. One thing that could've made my shopping a better-informed one was in providing a clearer description of the loafers I bought. They were described as "leather", thus leading me to believe they would be smooth, full-grain leather. (The pix were not very clear.) Instead, I received suede leather shoes! While I do love my loafers, I would have preferred to know in advance that they were suede, as this leather requires a lot more care.

It is very difficult to return items to Shoebacca. I saw no way to generate a return label from any email sent. So I had to call customer service. They said a label was sent to the closest UPS store but it was not there and they did not know what I was talking about at UPS. Now it is happening again with another order for which I never received an email at all
