Shoebacca

I was extremely pleased with my sneaker purchase from Shoebacca! Shipping was within a week of order placement. Shoes ordered were exactly what was pictured on the Instagram ad. I thought there was a catch or this was a fake website, but it is truly legit. Please don't hesitate to order. I'm about to place another, myself!

Not a great company. I had a box of three brand new shoes get misplaced in a relocation... still in their original shipping box with shipping slip and everything. Issue is, I found it SEVEN DAYS after their 365 day return policy. An upstanding company would understand and make some sort of offer to accommodate. No offer of if I paid for return shipping or a percentage of what I paid or even credit for anything. Too bad, so sad for me and anyone else that is human. Just go somewhere else for shoes. Their customer service is nothing but shoecacca.

This was strictly a drunken purchase and I had completely forgotten about it. The ad was basically a pop up on a sports site I frequent regularly. The shoes came surprisingly fast and overall look great, Im fairly positive the sole design is was got me to click, they are decently comfortable but due to the composition of the sole( it's ALMOST a hard plastic), they would be sketchy at best to do anything else but walk around and receive compliments (which I get every time I wear them). I'll definitely look to buy from again just with a sober eye.

The product was not quite what I wanted. So I called to find out about the return process. I must have called after hours and was on a loop... I stuck with trying to wait for an operator for over an hour. My bad. I called back the next morning and got right thru. You should have a recording that says it is after hours please call back between the hours of x and y!

Thank You, look forward to order of new boots. Have not been able to find this style anywhere else, memories of 50 years ago! The boots have arrived, and on time. Definitely a blast from the past. They look great!

Loved the boots I ordered, but they were about 1 size too big. You have to return your order and then place another order, which is a little different but still worked. Still waiting on the right size to arrive.

I wear a size 9 in all shoes and I ordered the black Harley boots in a 9 1/2 going large because I like to wear socks with my boots and I could barely get that boot on and it was so tight in the ball of the foot area. I wore them for the day just to try to see if they would stretch out but they are definitely not as true size. Disappointed because this is actually a Harley-Davidson labeled boot.

Great to find variety of shoes in extra wide sizes. A little nervous about timing of the shipping since the order showed "in process" for about a week. Called customer service and they sped up the process with their warehouse. I received the order in the next few days.

Although I had no problems with the ordering process, how ever, I find my self having to return this item because I was not completely satisfied with said item. I'm waiting for return process and credit. Thanking you in advance.

Two items were originally ordered on April 8,2023, purchased confirmed via Amazon. Only one item was delivered in the shipping box. Two phone calls to Shoebacca CS were attempted during posted business hours, no answer. Detailed email with photos describing situation sent to Shoebacca CS, no response. Contacted Amazon, and after some effort received a full refund of the missing shoes.
On April 19th, re-ordered and paid for the original missing item directly from Shoebacca, paid for expedited shipping. Replacement product was received without issue on April 21,2023.

It took a little bit of time for my favorite shoes to show up in stock and I did not waste any time ordering 2 pairs. I have been wearing these shoes for over 20 years and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever found. The shoes were $25 off to boot.

My first purchase on this site and everything was easy including my return, unfortunately because our size was unavailable. I had not heard of Shoebacca previously and they were super easy to work with and the delivery was timely and free. I will use them again.

I had an issue with the pricing on my order and I called customer service. A live person answered right away and took care of the issue in minutes. Great experience. Item came quickly and as expected. I will order from shoebacca again!

Nice intuitive website. Easy to find and filter for shoe selection. I have wide feet have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. I took a chance and bought 2 pairs. They are great! Look good and fit well! Glad I took the leap.

I really appreciate the discounts at Shoebacca. I have never had an issue with orders. However, this last time, the box with two pair of shoes inside arrived untaped and open, getting the shoe boxes on the inside wet. This is probably due to a poor tape job, but it could also be at the fault of the delivery service. Also, I live in a big city, and unfortunately, package theft is an issue here. I wish their boxes were nondescript, sans logo.
