I really appreciate the discounts at Shoebacca. I have never had an issue with orders. However, this last time, the box with two pair of shoes inside arrived untaped and open, getting the shoe boxes on the inside wet. This is probably due to a poor tape job, but it could also be at the fault of the delivery service. Also, I live in a big city, and unfortunately, package theft is an issue here.
