Shiptobox.com is VERY SLOW at getting your order ready for DHL or any provider for shipping! The only thing ok about this company is the fact you can communicate with them in several ways, such as on Whatssap, email, and they have often available on live chat on the website. HOWEVER, they barely tell you anything serious, except telling you to wait and they are working on. I would spend half of several days talking to then on getting my order ready for shipping, they keep saying same thing over and over that: " Their IT team is working on it when it reading they will let you know. " With Shiptobox.com, you can't ever be sure or guarantee on a date and time when will your order ready be shipped after received it from Amazon or Ebay, I have had an order where they took several days and after several hours of texts and emails communicate with them before they could get my order ready for DHL. They would take 3 or more days before they can get your order ready for DHL to pick up.

I don't recommend them
The actual or volumetric weight is calculated too high. I used their services in the past, but their prices became high. I sent a shipment to them with an Intel processor whose weight does not exceed 1LB. Their weight was calculated as 4LBS, and when they handed it over to the carrier, they calculated the shipping weight for Aramex as 1.55LBS, which actually does not exceed 1LB.
Note that they calculated it for Aramex the weight is 1.55LBS and in my account they calculated it 4LBS
Everyone knows the weight of the Intel processor does not exceed the weight of the processor is more than 1LB.
My experience with them was in the past and I stopped dealing with them in directing shipments because of their high prices. But one of their employees contacted me asking to use my account with them again and they changed the service and became better and the prices were lower. But I was surprised that the service itself, the delay is still present and the prices are still high. Best wishes

This is my first time to do shipping with this amazing company! I received my shipment today and I really want to say thank you all. I was so worried but now I trust you and I will send you my second shipment soon
