Commisionrate to expensive, no discount could be had from the transportfirm, I'm not certain I would use their service in the future!

Fantastic service as always. Just think shiplys shouldn't take so much commission and give more to the couriers who do the work.

Courier did not collect item, asked for deposit back, no response, complained to paypal as yet no response from shiply, disgusting!

I have used Shipley a couple of times now, once to move household goods and another to transport a car and both were great experiences.

Would be good to be able to contact the delivery guy by phone, rather than emails all the time, its much quicker and more convenient
