Never write reviews but I am so disappointed with this vendor I felt compelled to send this email.
On May 12th I ordered several items for our daughters Sweet 16. Two of the key customized items were a large photo letter K (included ~ 15 custom pictures of family/friends on the letter) as well as a large Sweet 16 stand for photo opportunities. I paid expedited shipping to have the items here no later than the 27th.
As we sit here on the 28th, no only have the items not arrived, they show "unshipped" on my account. Their customer service number is not accepting messages. I've email 3 times thru the site over the past several days and emailed twice on their separate email with NO RESPONSE.
Clearly it does not appear that the items will arrive but the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
I thought I had a couple of special things for our daughters big day and now I have nothingvery disappointing.
Ordered some photo numbers for my husbands 31st birthday on May 7th. Paid $15.99 for the expedited shipping just to make sure they came in time. Estimated arrival date was 5/20... It is now 5/22 and my order HAS STILL NOT SHIPPED! Can NOT get a hold of a single person. Wrote cant even tell you how many emails, tried the online chat (like requested by the automatic voicemail) and have called countless times with absolutely NO RESPONSE... Calling my credit card company! Tired of dealing with this.!

I ordered a "grad" sign on April 6th. I was charged $110 on April 7th. At the time I ordered I was told they would ship April 28th. I have not received the "grad" sign nor can I get any answer on any form of communication. I have emailed 2 times and I have tried the phone and the Message system on their website for over 1 week and not one response. I am very disappointed in their company and I would not suggest them to anyone. I will need to figure out how to get my money back from the credit card company. I would not order anything from this company. I will not use them again- which is to bad - because they look like they have good product. But, if you can't get anyone to answer and no product - It doesn't matter how good they look - I have paid a lot of money for nothing.
Earlier today I was ready to write an outstanding customer service review. See below for why that is NOT happening.
Placed a custom order well in advance for receipt by a certain date. Several days later I called to make sure everything was on track. The associate assured me that the shipping system would take into consideration the needed delivery date and prioritize my order to get it there when promised. Great. Another couple days go by and I finally get the tracking. Delivery slated for a day too late. Called again and had what I thought was an extremely helpful conversation with another associate. She put in a new high priority order to be shipped out later that day. So she claimed. I called (again) towards the end of the day to make sure all went well (since the shipping for that new order had a status of "NOT SHIPPED"). I then learn that she NEVER PUT THE ORDER IN. They decided to just "hope and pray that the original order can make it there early" (verbatim). Interesting that they had no plans to update me about that. Here I go off to my event with NOTHING.
Lots of empty promises. Not a way to run a business.

I order a few items thru walmart from them it never came and said delivered horrible service. You won't see me ordering no standees from them I'm going over to amazon
I had paid for express delivery, order the product 9 days prior and on the delivery date my status, not yet shipped. Will not be using this company again.

Great posters. Horrible customer service. They forgot to ship one poster, wouldn't help with shipping one I had to reorder. Something that was their fault, the customer loses out.
I have placed 4 orders and have not been disappointed. Their customized banners are the best and shipping is very fast. I recommend then to everyone.

This company is fraudulent. Don't buy from them! They have no customer service and nobody is accountable for anything. They turned off their phone service and never return any calls.

Apart from the high shipping cost, I got my products (all the to ON Canada) within 1 week of ordering. The cinderella carriage candle holder, magic lamp candle holder and bird cage centerpieces for my wedding were bigger than I expected (which is good, works to my advantage) & ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Amazing quite and the shipping cost was totally worth it! I wouldn't have had such beautiful fairytale wedding centerpieces without Shindigz, especially the magic lamp (aladdin tables) which I couldn't find anywhere else.
Also, my questions were answered right away. Amazing and friendly customer service!

I called in and spoke to someone who said I can pay an additional $31 to have my item here tomorrow OR $15 more to have it here by Friday. As I was accepting to pay the $15 for Friday Delivery she "pretented" she couldnt hear me and hung up. At first I thought she really just couldnt hear me but Now each time I call someone else tells me its not possible to have it here by friday unless I pay the $31! I assuming she realized she made a mistake and No one seems to care about what this FIRST person I spoke to told me. No supervisor around, they say a call back from one can take up to 2 days! REALLY!? HORRIBLE Customer Service and trust me I will Let it be known!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT RESPOND. I have contacted them 4 times about my order that was placed on 5/4. Still has not shipped or have they responded to any online inquires. DO NOT use this company. I have used Oriental Trading and they shipped within 4 days and excellent customer service. BUYER BEWARE this company!

You can pay for expedited shipping but no point as items will not arrive in time for your event.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before order, or I might not ever have ordered, but so happy I did. I ordered custom buttons. I designed by own and it was very easy. See picture attached - at $1.49 a button - I made them for all the family to wear to his grad party and graduation. (Proud Mom, Proud Grandma, Proud Cousin...) I also ordered the small custom candy bar wrappers, nothing exciting and maybe not the exact color I thought I was ordering but I'm not that picky and it is close enough (I picked the shade of color that I wanted). BUT was very excited to find out the wrappers come on sticky paper so no glue is needed for 70 tiny candy bars;-). I ordered the custom danglers and they are exactly like I thought they would be, only bigger - and picture was clear. THE BEST PART was the custom banner. I purchased the "Classic Grad Photo Banner" 24 x72 indoor/outdoor. Changed the colors to what I wanted and added the picture. The picture is large and super clear, grommets in every corner and heavy duty vinyl material. I only paid $16.00 (was $19.99 with a 20% discount). It will last for MANY years, so if you bought a birthday banner and it's the same material, you would have it for YEARS! Definitely worth more that $16.00!. Because I missed some family when counting buttons I placed another order before I received this one, hope I"m equally surprised at the quality.

I ordered the Vintage Luau theme kits and other small misc items! I received the small item but, I have been waiting and waiting and waiting for an update for the rest of my order. I called and no answer, the day go on website and they don't respond to emails and the "Live chat" is BS and a joke! It's supposedly always busy no matter the time or day...

I placed my order on May 8th only because the website showed I would receive my order in plenty of time before my son's grad party. My order hasn't shipped! I have emailed and NO reply! When you call the recording states to email the company and doesn't give you any options to talk to someone. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!
I ordered graduation fan faces for my sons graduation. I never received them and they do not answer emails or customer service number. I sent 5 emails. They are disgusting!

There is a delay with all Carriers Nationwide and the "Guaranteed Delivery Dates have been suspended by the carriers. The carriers have notated this on their website as we have ours.
