Screw this company

Much like everyone else in the reviews I ordered weeks ago and still no product. I emailed the company asking about shipment after not hearing from them, suddenly in an instant my product was sent out for shipment. Emailed again several days later saying I didn't even want product anymore, just a refund. No response still. That was a week ago. They gave me an app to track my package but when I try there isn't any tracking info on my package. Now I'm wrestling with my bank to get that money back in my account from this piece of $#*! company. DONT TRUST THEM! They'll just take you're money and overcrowd your email with ads of false product.

Scammers

I ordered goods in a January from Sheswish. The goods were coming from a company in China called AiryIndigo. After 6 weeks I wrote to the company asking after the whereabouts of my goods. They wrote to say they were in transit. Since then I have written a number of times and each time I get their standard letter it's in transit. Which it most certainly is not. I wrote to PayPal who told me I could elevate my enquiry to a claim, which I did. PayPal could not be contacted after that, so the claim did not go ahead. I would give SHESWISH and their suppliers AIRYINDIGO a very wide berth and I have since cancelled my account with PAYPAL. I believe that none of these businesses deserve our trust. Please be careful.

I am very disappointed I waited four weeks and have not received my item I paid for them in full through PayPal there is no phone number that I can call it's very upsetting and I would think twice before I would order anything online again please ship my item to me you took my money but I don't have an item PayPal said there is no tracking number and this item has never been shipped be aware of fraudulent transactions through this company

I saw the ad on Instagram and ordered~ pd. W/PayPal. That was 6 wks. Ago. I've written them three times with no response. I asked for a refund via PayPal in the resolution center. And I haven't heard anything back either. Do not buy from this company! I should have read the reviews before I did.!

Ordered a diamanté applicator pen, they only sent the bonus/free gift' (value of about 10p!), never the pen! Won't reply to emails. Opened dispute with PayPal only to be initially told the item was delivered and then after reopening the case, I have to send the free gift back to CHINA for a refund. Item cost £12, postage to China is minimum £11!

They Failed
March 24, 2020

Placed an order on 24 January 2020. Have not received order and it's 24 March 2020. Filed a claim through PayPal. Got an email from these folks today stating that the order has shipped. They provided tracking number so I tracked it. It hasn't left the facility yet. Since 2 March 2020 I have asked for my money back and they say they can't do that because the package has shipped. But it hasn't gone anywhere! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

False promises

Bought thighs, which were promised to fit an size XXL. They fit my 11 y old daughter. She's a teen size M and women Size S (European Standard)... After I claimed a report via Paypal, they at least changed the size description, but still have false pictures online which gives the impression a size L and even XL or XXL could fit in.

I ordered a sweater as a Christmas gift in October 2019. I just received the item in march 2020. The only reason I received the item at all was because I filed a PayPal complaint. That was after several attempts to reach the company about the item. They have never responded to any of my emails. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered clothing two months ago. I was told it was on its way, but the tracking progress has stayed the same since it "shipped." I sent several emails without a reply. I finally got one reply which said it was being told to the relevant team and I should receive another email within two days. Never happened. Don't waste your money here!
