I was sent a different item worth $2.00. I got charged 20.00. The item doesn't fit as advertised and came with one pocket, the advertised item shows 2 pockets. Total rip off. Photos show advertised item and others show what I got. She Swish are crooks.

The order was for a NO SEW glue, which was false advertising and just outright theft and lies, I did receive the glue but it was PVA wood glue which after one wash as using it as a NO SEW product the glue didn't work, After several emails and photos they? Decided it was the correct glue. Shame on them. I couldn't submit this review unless I gave them a rating- they don't deserve even one star
I bought an item through GraniteGray whom I thought was from the USA but it turned out to be she swish from hong kong.
Naturally I didn't receive what I ordered and will only get a refund if I send it back which will cost me $19. Doesn't seem fair does it.
Paypal needs to block she swish as it's casting a dark shadow on even them!

Unfortunately for those who are reading this now, you probably already experienced what I have. The products this company sells is junk and they use multiple names to sell their junk. I had to wait forever just to get stove liners only to receive them and not fit. Not only fit but start on fire. After multiple attempts I've tried to contact them and went through PayPal. The company wanted me to pay to ship it back but I refused to spend that money sending something back to China. Nowhere at no time did PayPal said that they cover up the $30 shipping. So by the time I had to send the product back, it was too late. But that whole time I was waiting for the vendor to send me a prepaid shipping label. Once the case was closed with PayPal they refused to reopen it so I contacted synchrony Bank and they gave me the credit immediately. No more junk from China or from any Facebook ads.
In May I ordered hair removal spray and received 2 bottles of water labled " hair growth inhibitor" it doesnt do anyhting at all ins spite of the online video and Paypal have rejected my refund request. I am pretty annoyed. If I could give minus star review I would. 1 Star is too good for them.
Worse experience ever. After 3 months of going back and forth and opening a dispute resolution with paypal they want me to pay to send back the bras they sent me for a refund. Which were not the size I ordered! I ordered large and received medium. So I'll have to pay shipping twice and really doubt I'll get anything back. Don't buy from this company!
Bought some phone cords and they were all bad. I filed a PayPal claim claiming damaged. PayPal said the only way to get me money was to send back the product which is going to Hong Kong at my expense which would be about $20.00 or so to send back. Forget that! That is more than half I paid for them. These people are scammers so don't but from them.
It's a froud, I purchased an embroidering tool and a small box of diamonds for embroidery, after more than a month I received the diamonds but no tools. There was no way to communicate with them! No refund, no tool and I cannot use the diamonds without it.

I ordered a tattoo eyebrow pen and paid first class shipping. A package arrived six weeks later with a completely different product. I challenged it on Paypal, which took another six weeks. The resolution? She Swish offered to refund my money IF I returned the wrong product they sent at my own expense to Hong Kong. Do not use this company. If I could give negative stars I would.

Oh dear, sorry I didn't read these reviews first. What they sent me was not what I ordered, and they refused to refund me, just like everyone else. Note that this is the same company as SiteBacana, and apparently SmileyHomey as well.
The bottle was tiny. 3 oz. Or less, did not work at all. Tried it on the bottom of a kettle and nothing happened.
Ordered some undergarments from this company. Followed their size chart and read their reviews and even sized up just for some extra room. When they arrived they wouldn't have fit a child. I went through PayPal so I thought I would be covered for a refund. Paypal found in THEIR favor. Couldn't believe it. This company are scam artists and their reviews are manufactured by themselves. Stay far away from this company and don't believe that Paypal will always help you get a refund. They don't.
Paid $45 in July and not received what i paid for, sent three emails asking for refunds, and no reply! Do not do business with this company you will lose your money!
I ordered pool tabs in May. We're not delivered in July. Asked to cancel and refund. No response. Came in August. No packing slip or contact info. My email confirmation if you click on an order says error 404 page not found. Picture of product shows a bucket of pool tablets. It finally arrived in a medicine bottle. Tabs are the size of a tums and is supposed to clean a 5000 gallon pool with one tab a week. Received after the summer was almost over. Company bought from different than company delivered product. I would give negative stars if I could.
Total SCAM! I paid $31.96 for my order and after so many emails (and some responses) I got refunded $5.19! WTF is that for?!?!?! I want my WHOLE refund or the merchandise. I have been too patient. What can be done? Has anyone had luck with complaining to PayPal?
