I placed an order on November 28th. Of course payment was processed that day... checking on order and acknowlegement/tracking information provided - NO ACTIVITY yet. So, does that mean they really have not processed it yet? Has it not shipped yet? Needless to say, coming from China. What does fulfillment really mean?
So, after inquiring, and reading the extremely poor reviews of Sheswish (THANK YOU!), and asking to cancel my order, here is their response!

As per Company Policy, once an item is processed, we can no longer grant your request for cancellation. We regret to inform you that we have fulfilled your order and is no longer allowed to be cancelled.

Our shipping period usually takes 15-20 days upon purchase. But this may still vary depending on location and carrier provider.

I asked for a refund but I keep getting the same generic message:

"I have pulled-up your record and I do see your order, which was placed on October 23. Your order has been fulfilled and is currently in progress.

We know how you wanted to have your order right away however, due to high volume of orders, shipping period may take longer than expected. But we are having our team work on this to have it delivered your way as soon as possible. Rest assured, we are working to resolve this issue and for you to receive the item as soon as possible.

Our sincerest apologies for the delay on shipment. We kindly ask for your cooperation and patience with regards to this issue."

The tracking number they provided is not even a valid tracking number. I have been trying to dispute with paypal. This website was advertised on Instagram. I got ripped off $181.80. How can my order be fulfilled when it's still in progress?

I ordered 2 black and 2 white lacy anti-chaffing thigh bands- great idea but only received 1x black and 1x white- I have 2 legs strangely enough so ordered them as is evident in my order form. I have sent and received numerous emails but they say they only sell them singly- how can that be right? I paid $38.83 for something I cant use! They are refusing to refund and yet I have it in writing that I ordered 2+2. I am livid!

Ordered on 11/23/17 Received text on 11/27/17 with order & tracking #, when I go to the link it says "404 Page Not Found". Waited for delivery until 12/6/17, still nothing received. Contacted company via their online contact form, received email saying "with the myriad inquiries we are receiving this time of the year, it might take us a while to get across to you on your inquiry". Waiting to hear back from them, but filing a dispute with my credit card just to be safe! Damn scammers... :(

You will get what looks like a legit tracking number that won't work. After you contact their support they will tell you it works and to wait, nothing ever arrives. They will not refund your cash. Never, ever buy anything from them.

SCAM ARTISTS!

Send wrong orders, make big fat excuses not to refund you, emails answered by lots of different names. All a scam operation. Brow beat you asking you to send picture after picture of the item with no serious intention of resolving the issue. They need to be shut down ASAP.

This company is a fake! They send you items that are not the same as they advertise. Please be aware, that if you try to get a refund it will result in excuses as to why they cant. I am having to deal with this through PayPal now.

I agree with the other reviews posted here - this company is a scam, don't order from them. After 8 weeks waiting for an item, I am told that their team is tracking it, that I can't get a refund or they can't send a replacement once product has shipped. Their shipping tracking info is either bogus - it shows the product left their site 8 weeks ago and was "delivered" to another site the next day. Since it is in 'shipping' they can't do anything. THIS IS SCAM. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered.

FRAUDULENT GOODS

Do NOT purchase goods from this website. They claim to be authentic but upon arrival are immediately identified as horrific knockoffs that smell so toxic they made our family dog sick. Attempts to resolve matter with the site resulted in scripted responses that made no sense. The goods I purchased were supposed to be original but were not. They were counterfeit and illegally used trademarks, logos, and packaging of original manufacturers. PayPal is now handling my refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
