My products arrived 11 days after their 'records indicated' it was delivered. INSANELY SMALL! I ordered D cup bras and they were superpadded A cups. Contacted customer service immediately and was told they have a 10day return policy so they would do nothing. I told them I had just received the items and they argued that I got them 11days ago. STAY AWAY! Would give zero stars if I could.

Product was the "Back Pain Reliever". Arrived direct from China with no documentation, no manual, etc. Unit is large and actually wound up hurting more than helping. Sheswish would not refund the item, merely regurgitating policy. Better places to order from. Again, AVOID.
Clicked on an add to purchase a "Rollie". Apparently sheswish.com does bait and switch because I was directed to their site where apparently a knock-off Rollie was purchased. However, in their reviews of their knock-off egg cooker, there are pictures of the "Rollie". Besides being a cheap knock-off, the plug is EU so unusable. Just like most negative reviews here, these were Christmas gifts that took over 2 months to get here so I gave them as gifts just this past week since I don't see the recipients often and they live a distance away. Too late to dispute my credit card. SO UPSET :(
I have always found a great bargain on this site and there is usually a variety of delivery options which include the illusive free ones. I would be very hard pushed to find anything wrong with this site. I have only had one instance when a delivery didn't arrive and Sheswish put a replacement straight into the post, no argument. Keep up the good work.
Sheswish is everything a site should be. It is super easy to find what I want, and shipping is generally pretty fast. -- absolutely seamless with Sheswish.
I love Sheswish. I do all my Christmas shopping there, buy many products I'd typically go to a regular store for as well! Reason being it saves me gas money and the nuisance of parking. Saves me time waiting in lines. Saves me time driving to one store after another. AND many times I get free shipping and the prices are just as good as in-store. I have rarely had any problems with delivery, usually super fast. Returns are not a big hassle.
Ordered in early november. No delivery before Xmas. They claim to have delivered my products in January but I havent received them. According to customer support its up to me to prove that I didnt get my products. Dont know how I can do that. So they took my money ($100) but I havent gotten any product. Worst online shop Ive ever used.

Ordered in November 2017 received in second week of January 2018. Was a Christmas gift... fast customer support but did not resolve issue. They re-shipped my product days before Christmas that they never shipped in November once I was complaining in December. They said on its way when it was absolutely not!
Wouldnt use this site again much better and reliable ones out there!
Ordered a product that has a reputable online description - this website indicated they had a sale. What I got was a knockoff - poorly made, no instructions, and stinks of chemicals. And took 9 weeks to arrive. I now know they ship from China.
I ordered and received (after a very long wait) a neck hammock to help with cervical spine pain. When it did arrive and I opened it, I could barely breath because it smelled so bad. I had to take it outside. It came with no instructions. For the past 2 months I've been going back and forth with "customer service". They are not giving me a refund. I get pat and patronizing emails. I'd give no star if possible.
I ordered some earrings for a Christmas present on Dec 1,2017. I have not received it. I have emailed them many times. They keep telling me that it is on the way. Now I just get emails stating that they are looking into it but that is all. I wished I had checked out other reviews before I had ordered.
I trust Sheswish to help me get products at a good price, and to help me with a return if that is necessary. I have never had a bad experience with Sheswish, and I have ordered tons of stuff from them.
Customer service has always been friendly helpful and go out of their way to help me leave feeling i have gotten the best deal.
I have bought a fair number of different items from Sheswish. They sell just about everything you could want for the house or everyday use at a range of qualities and prices. The prices are normally very good prices.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Ordered 4 Skull spoons on the 19th November 2017 and I'm still waiting. When I contacted them they lied and said they were on their way. So looks like my $37.00 was a Christmas present to them. SCAM ARTISTS>
