Extremely disappointed with Sheswish. Neck Hammock took so along to arrive and when it did, it reeked of mildew, which I am highly allergic to. I asked to simply exchange it for a fresh and clean product - they said they cannot since the item was not damaged or defective. So, sending me a product with strong musty smell of mold and mildew is ok? So much for 100% satisfaction guaranteed as noted on their website. NOT HAPPY and absolutely DO NOT recommend buying from or trusting Sheswish
Ordered November 25,2017, on November 28th told it as shipped. 2 weeks later, I asked why not delivered, they told me it takes for 10 to 20 days. They were Christmas presents, when it did not come as of December 29, I asked for a refund. Told they would reship. I do not need the towels now as they were Christmas Presents, Tracking never worked. Total Scam. Never buy from them.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! It is a SCAM, never got the order i paid for they keep saying to check the post company, but never got a tracking # MFRS
Do not order from this company. I placed an order on December 5th for some earrings as a Christmas gift. I kept emailing them asking where my order was since the tracking number they gave me wasnt working. They said they were having an issue with the tracking numbers. After a couple emails it was apparent they were not going to get these to me by Christmas so I asked them to cancel my order since they hadnt even shipped them yet. They insisted they had shipped and they flat out lied! They refused to cancel my order and according to the new tracking number they just gave me they just shipped out on January 5th. So, for WEEKS they lied telling me they had been shipped and therefore couldnt cancel my order. This is the final line of BS they sent to me Hi Jyllian,

Unfortunately, we are not able to simply cancel and refund you. Your order was shipped out in a timely manner and our standard shipping period usually takes 15-20 days upon purchase. Since this is one of our best seller, shipping period may take longer than our regular 15-20 days; shipping period for this item may take 20-25 days due to high volume of orders.
As per Company Policy, once an item is dispatched, we can no longer grant your request for cancellation and refund. In this case, your order was sent out within our shipping period and is currently in-transit to your destination.
They have ignored all of my requests to cancel that I submitted BEFORE they actually shipped my product. As per their company policy, I had canceled before the items were dispatched and they dont care. I would highly recommend NOT buying from this company. Buy from another company if you want the products in a timely manner. My sister also had the same issue and none of her items came in before Christmas.
I ordered 2 pairs of the magnetic false eyelashes. When I opened the box, everything looked ok. When I tried to put the lashes on... they are only HALF of the length of a regular eye!
The customer service always goes the extra length to satisfy the customer and this is why they work so well plus customer service team is always super helpful. Resolved literally all my issues so far.
I think SHESWISH is brilliant. They sell everything at great prices and delivery is always on time and if there is a problem they always sort it out there and then no messing about :)
Everything everyone said here is true. I could repeat each and every poor review verbatim. Ordered Nov 30th, still don't have my product. IN contacting the company, they all of a sudden have sent the item and have a no refund policy once it is shipped. I demanded my money back on Deb 18. It hadn't been shipped then. And they still did not refund my money. TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAMMERS.

Ordered product on November 30th. Didn't receive until January 12th. E-mailed customer service multiple times. Received automated responses. Took intervention of Pay Pal to get shipment. I will never use this site again. There product inventory claims are fraudulent
I have shopped with Sheswish for a while and cannot think of a single complaint. There is a huge inventory of various products. Ordering is easy, and almost all shipments come quickly and in great shape. On the few occasions that an item might not be in perfect shape, Sheswish has rectified the problem immediately and professionally. Additionally, they are really nice about returns and replacements.
KEEP YOUR MONEY... THEY WILL NEVER SEND YOUR ITEM AND IN THE SMALL PRINT OF THEIR TERMS YOU CAN'T CANCEL. FRAUD! SCAM!

I have had so many good experiences with Sheswish. Every single time I've had an issue they have resolved it immediately. They really know how to treat customers so that they want to come back. Each item I received from them was in good condition upon arrival.

Having had contact several times. The product has never been shipped. The only option has been sent again. I have no confidence that it will arrive. No refund possible? I'm not finished yet! Payed via PayPal, so insured... Crooks! I saw by Wish.com the same product is for sale for 2.00. Never buy again at Sheswish!
I order start on November still nothing and they say they dont give refunds why are they linked with paypal and people should spread the word on Facebook as my product was on and ordered from there.
Look at the most 3 recent reviews for Sheswish... all are either 4 or 5 stars, and all 3 submitted by women who, a) Just joined Sitejabber, b) only have 2 reviews total, and c) the 2nd review for all 3 women is for the same company. Nothing fishy here! So Sheswish is now trolling the review sites to submit falsified reviews in an attempt to increase their star rating. The sad/humorous part is that their trolling capabilities are as pathetic as their customer services. What a joke!
