I ordered 5 items for Christmas on November 20th and received shipping confirmation that the items had shipped on November 23rd. As it got closer to Christmas, I checked the tracking number, which did not exist. I began reading reviews that the company was a scam. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and suddenly I get a shipping confirmation today (Dec. 28th) saying that my items had shipped and were on the way. Now what the heck am I supposed to do with 5 Christmas presents that I obviously already had to buy additional gifts for those 5 people! Horrible! IF you need to make a return, their "customer service" will badger you with requests for proof that what you got wasn't what you ordered. I should have checked the reviews before I have ordered neck hammock from this web. As it was advertised on facebook. I have placed order on 26th Nov. And never received it. I asked for a refund as the tracking number they provided did not work and they have said: 'we are not able to simply cancel and refund you. As per Company Policy, once an item is dispatched, we can no longer grant your request for cancellation and refund.' Do not deal with this people they will still your money!

This is a scam. Mine was ordered November 25th. It is December 23rd. The tracking number says it was delivered to an address in Brooklyn NY. I do not live in Brooklyn. I have documentation. I contacted customer support. The only way to do it is through email -- no phone number. All I get is generic messages and a run-around.

A month after I was charged for my order, the product hasn't shipped. I requested a refund and was informed that "per company policy", they don't cancel or refund orders after they've been "dispatched". Per the shipping company, they have not received my order to even start processing. Also, this "company policy" doesn't exist - the Terms of Service for the website reference a Returns Policy that is neither posted nor linked to anywhere on the company's website.

A) Do not order from this company, they will not deliver your item and they will keep giving you the round around and say it's stuck in some shipping limbo. I ordered an item in October and it has never arrived and they tell me it's shipped and give me a tracking number that doesn't exist. They sent me several emails saying sorry for the delay or we're letting the supervisor know about the situation, but it's just to keep you thinking the item is actually coming (it will not).
B) If you have had a similar experience with this company, please report it to your payment company. In my case, I used PayPal, so I'm currently disputing the charge thru their resolution center. It's going to take large corps, like Paypal or a credit card company, to get this business shut down. These companies aren't going to do anything until enough consumers make claims and it starts costing them money. So please report or contest the charge in some fashion.

Ordered one of there products and was told delivery would be in 15 to 20 days. Ordered it for my granddaughter's birthday celebration well in advance. Took more than 30 days and did not arrive in time. Tried to cancel the order once I saw that it would not arrive in time. They lied and told me that it was on its way and they couldn't cancel the order. It was another 15 days before it came and I refused the shipment. They refuse to refund me my money. Thank goodness for PayPal!

Ordered back on November 5th got a tracking number watched it no activity. Repeatedly emailed and got a computer generated response about me waiting patiently! Finally put in dispute with PayPal and that day supposed it shipped got as far as Hong Kong hasn't moved yet I got an email saying my product was delivered to someone in California I'm on the other side of the United States! Tracking number is not the one given to me in support help when I check that one it says still in transit it's in Hong Kong! Don't know what their trying to pull but it won't happen here. Glad I'm backed by PayPal for refund but not everyone is that fortunate. Dont buy from this company!
