Ordered fleece lined leggings and got a piece of thin crap material no fleece on it, they refused to send me my money back and demanded me to ship them back to them. I ordered from them once before and got a nice pair fleece lined leggings so I ordered again and received crappy wanna bes. I sent them these photos comparing the original to the ones they just sent me and they said they are not defective. THere is no fleece lining in those pants what so ever if you look at the other pair of pants and their thickness its clear as day these are two different pairs. I'm still trying to get my money back without paying out of pocket. My order was incomplete! I ordered the Lashe magnetic applicator with lashes, only the applicator was sent. No lashes. This company is horrible, can't get any e-mail to them either. Brilliaire and SmileyHomey can't be trusted. I wish I has checked the reviews before ordering from these companies. Paid with PayPal, too much hassle to get my money back.

Ordered an item in May. Constantly contacting them to send my order, no replies. I literally gave up and told myself I would just eat the $35 and give them a horrible review. I just saw this morning in my email that they refunded me $5 of the $35 total... What the hell!? Beware, it's a grange company and I learned the hard way. I wish you had an option to give a company a minus zero rating.

Items took over a month to get here. I ordered 1 size larger (according to their chart) just to be safe but they are still way to small! No response when trying to return.
It took forever (more than 2 months) to get the skorts. I got no response from customer service when I inquired. And the merchandise is junk. Very cheap! Color is not as pictured, poor quality material, and looks like it will fall apart after one washing. No way to return. Don't buy from the company! You are throwing your money away!

I ordered a package back on April 21 hoping to get it by the end of May at the latest, but no it is 8/3 and my package still hasn't shown up. I'm just pissed off at this point. This company needs to be shut down permanently. I have had better success through wish.com and that only takes about 21 days or less from order date to arrival date. I just want a refund at this point, but people have said to just go through the card company or bank just to get one.

I ordered my things in June and it said it shipped, 3 weeks later no product and when I went to the site to track, I had no item. I disputed with PayPal, they said to email seller, I did twice in 10 days with no response. Finally I expedited it to PayPal and a week later, I recieved my item. I'm so glad they go thru PayPal because at least they will give you a refund. I do not advise anyone to order from this site.
