I ordered 4 items via a Facebook ad. Didn't realize it was coming from China. I ordered beginning of December for Christmas presents. I received the order more than a month after. I contacted customer service several times before the delivery. They responded once that the order was being processed (1 month later!). I then asked to cancel this order and be immediately refunded, as it was still in the process of being sent. They then replied that finally the order had been sent! When I received the items (in different sizes) every single one was way too small. It could probably fit a doll, but certainly not a human being. I asked for a refund. To get a refund, I had to send back the items of course and considering the postage rate, I decided to keep the items and swallow the loss. I loss around $100 on things that were not as described at all.

I go into this company by instagram ads there is when the nightmare started. I brought 4 items for Christmas present in Nov. Two man Beanie hat scarf set(supuse to be 2 hat and 2 scarf in one order)and onther set with one hat and one scarf in the order order plus one more hat by promotion. After I finish my purchase they tented me with a promotions that I ended buying the other items. Total of 4 articles. I only received 3 hats not scarf at all and it tokes 2 month to arrive. I email then several times explained what happen. And they respond only one email saying that the order was sended complete. Then with pic and the amount of the package I opened a dispute with PayPal which is a long process they take your money so fast but for a refund it takes like forever. Stay away from this company not good at all. Plus if you can post your coment in their Facebook and insta using hashtag you will save a lot of people time and money from this losers.

Ich habe über drei Monate auf meine Lieferung gewartet. Als ich meine zwei Artikel schließlich erhalten habe, war einer davon nicht das was ich bestellt hatte. Der Kundensupport reagiert nicht auf meine Emails und Paypal hat den Antrag auf Käuferschutz abgelehnt! Ich würde dort nie wieder bestellen! Der Preis, den man für die Artikel bezahlt sind absolut nicht gerechtfertigt, zumal die Sachen in echt nicht mal annähernd so aussehen, wie auf den Bildern. Absolut keine Weiterempfehlung!

In a moment of madness, I clicked on an Instagram ad for fleece-lined leggings. They looked fab - cosy and well-made, and I was reassured by the numerous positive reviews on their site, so I went ahead and bought 2 pairs. I paid by PayPal, thinking if the worst came to the worst, I'd be able to claim my money back via their Buyer Protection scheme.
Well, obviously the leggings I received were absolutely nothing like the photos. The reviews must be fake because frankly I can't see anyone would be anything other than mortified on receiving what turned up at my door. They weren't lined at all, let alone lined with fleece. They were poorly made and even at the 'discounted' rate I paid they were hideously overpriced. I emailed them my complaint but didn't receive a response, so had to open a claim via PayPal.
To cut a long story short, I eventualy received a refund via PayPal, but this whole charade ended up costing me anyway, as the return postage to Hong Kong is extortionate and PayPal's return-shipping refund scheme only covers postage up to £15. I'm absolutely kicking myself and would advise everyone to use caution when something looks too good to be true!

Do not order from this fraudulent company! Orders magnetic eyelashes December 23rd. Still no tracking number! They took my money from paypal.no phone number to call just emails which tell me to be patient and kind and check back in 3 days! Do not order from this company!

I purchased two pair of all weather thermal touchscreen gloves on November 17, I just received today January 14th... only because I sent an email inquiring them. When I opened the package, they were some thin, cheap material gloves. They look like some black church usher gloves with plastic lines, these gloves are nothing compared to the description when I ordered. PLEASE I WARN YOU, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE TSKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND TAKING YOUR MONEY!
