I placed an order April 4th. It was never sent so I sent an email and they did not respond. I contacted them on Facebook and was blocked. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they sent a fake tracking number originated in January to PayPal. I called the post office and verified it was not legit. I asked on Facebook before I ordered if they they were located in the US and was told yes. They told Paypal it was an international shipment. I won my appeal with PayPal and received a refund.
Never received my product after waiting over a month, made several requests for a refund and no response! Don't order from here! You will not get your money back or your product!

I placed an order with them for my Mother. 9 days NO billing, shipping, or tracking information ever sent back after taking my money. I emailed and asked where they were based. No response. A few days later I asked for a refund. They claimed that the item had shipped and couldn't be cancelled... but still never provided the shipping and tracking information I requested. My current situation is now an escalation process with *******@SmileyHomey was the email address that took the money for the item. The only time they responded was when I asked PayPal for a refund and explained my situation. Now that it's at the escalation process they still haven't responded. Once this is over I will update what happened. They seem like a pop up boutique of scammers.

Ordered full face cover... the clear plastic cover that goes around the head to provide a shield in front of the face... kind of thing my pharmacist wears. Nothing more than a cheap piece of clear plastic with an elastic band. Incredible! Junk! For the low low price of $9.95 plus shipping. This outfit is a scam artist and their products are junk. I am sure they keep Mrs. Wong's first grade class busy making these things.
