I asked them if they would ship a product to my country and they said of course.
So I wrote three days with them, send all my details etc. and had to discuss with them.
Then just when they were finally ready to finalize my order, they told me that this item does not even ship to my country. So I wasted hours for nothing. What a joke!

Great prices-great products but shipping is SLOW! Placed an order June 17th and customer service told me that product is being made in Texas and may take till August! Same product at boot barn - pay a little more but they are shipped withing 2 days! Not sure I will order again -
I have ordered a sizable amount of stuff lately. Long shipping times, frequently just cancel your order, dont respond at all to messages and expensive returns. Just Oerter from somewhere else and save the stress and disappointment.
Like others, 1 star because 0 is not an option. Package delivery was promptly before Christmas, but it was the incorrect item. I called the customer service number twice and waited over 30 minutes each time and no one ever picked up. From a tip from another reviewer, I called the central office at *******838 and selected 2 for the order line. Surprise! Someone answered within 30 seconds. They insisted that I'd have to pay the $10 shipping charge even though they sent me the wrong item. This was after they implied that I couldn't get a refund, but then backtracked. I told them that I refuse to pay for their mistake. They sent a shipping label. We'll see how this plays out.
I ordered a jacket and found it to be to large. I returned the jacket requesting a smaller size in accordance with their return policy. It's been several weeks and despite 3 phone calls and 1 email they can't provide a current status of the jacket exchange. I've talked to three different customer service representatives who had no clue as to the status but all three told me I would probably hear from them next Tuesday. That was three consecutive Tusdays ago. I hope someday to get the jacket and will never purchase another product from Sheplers. They need to send a Sheplers executive to LL Bean for training on how to deal with customer returns.

Ordered jacket with garentee delivery before Christmas. Well tracking shows after Christmas delivery. I called, no answer. I emailed 3 days now no reply. I've called multiple times and the phone obviously is not even working. How are you even in business? I wish I'd read the the reviews on your miserable company before my purchase. Shame on me once, never again.

Its now been 12 days since I placed my order with this company. I guess it must be held up at customs or Its being delivered by pony express. I almost forgot that I even placed an order. Hell Ive could driven to Wichita three times by now and picked it up myself. I will never order from this place again. Anyone that has left a positive review of this company must either work there or know someone that does. DO NOT waste your time with them. Their prices may be reasonable, but youll wait forever to get your merchandise. Im normally not a person that writes reviews but, 12 days and counting is ridiculous.
Ordered a ball cap on Dec 17th figuring to get it by Christmas for my wife. Site advertised shipping in two days, but you had to click on The link to read it had to be over a $100 order. It's now Dec 30th and haven't received anything. I've emailed Customer service with no response. I would NOT buy from this company. I'll update everyone on the condition of the product once I receive it. Wish I would have read all the other reviews before I bought from them. What a joke.
Worst online shoping experience I've ever had boots arrived a week after Christmas one of three missing. The invoice said it was there and it was not. I called customer service twice each time being promised a call back which never came. Finally got a refund. Went somewhere else and bought a pair of boots. My three nephews got there Christmas on New Year's Eve, only because I gave up on sheplers. I will never do business with them again.
Charged my card and said it didn't go through. Customer service tried to get me to place another order and said it would be 3-5 days to get my money back. What kind of scam is this? There is probably a reason they got out of the store front business!

Great service. I ordered a beautiful pair of Dan Post boots and got them within in a week. The only complaint that I have is that I didn't receive an email saying that they shipped. But other than that absolutely tremendous service! Highly recommended.

Dont buy anything from these clowns ever. They will promise anything for a sale and then make no effort to keep their promise. Their website is like quicksand and if you can get free of it, good luck getting your product. I paid for next day air only to have it promised to arrive 4 days later. Customer service is lazy, stupid and incompetent. I'd buy a shirt from Walmart before I'd ever spend a dime with these thieving cocksuckers again.
Sheplers is a scam. They promise free shipping until you check out. Even when you pay for shipping it takes 3 weeks! Snail mail. Customer Service is useless. They have an attitude and are bothered that you dared to contact them! The on line prices are different then the stated prices. They make them up as they go. The discounts they claim are so confusing you never actually receive them. Quality is very inconsistent and one would think for the prices they charge the quality would be perfect. Again, STAY AWAY!
I ordered boots from this website for work a week ago. Two days later I received an email stating that the boots were on "back order," but the email stated they would ship the same day I received the email. GREAT, right?! Nope. Called the customer service line for some clarification and the woman told me the email was in fact correct and I should receive tracking information that day. NOPE. That was last week... 5 days later, still no tracking information. Where are my boots?!
I am cancelling my order today. I should have read reviews on this site prior to order. Seems others have shared similar experiences. It is like my dad used to say, "You can't polish a turd." Shepler's, you are a turd.
I ordered an XL western shirt from Sheplers on-line. A $29.00 shirt ended up costing me $42.00 (with S&H and tax added). That should have been enough to warn me. The shirt came and was so small I couldn't even move my arms in it. To return the shirt I only received a $29.00 credit once they took off all their "return costs". Plus, it took 4 weeks for the return to be received and processed by Sheplers.
NEVER AGAIN. P.s. I ordered the same shirt in XXL on Amazon Prime. Total cost to me was $29.00 + NV tax.and it was Beautiful..
I ordered three items, two pairs of boots and a leather jacket. All three items had shortcomings. One boot shaft was shorter than the other, one toe shape was slightly different than the other, and the jacket size medium appears to be a large. I made three calls to initiate an exchange, each call I was told something different, but finally it came down to the following, as a Canadian customer I would be on the hook for all the shipping back and forth plus would have to pay duty twice. For the jacket alone an exchange would add an extra $150 to a $275 purchase. If I ask for a refund ditto. I suspect Shepler buys wholesale rejects or faulty stock in order to sell competitively. I learned my lesson and will spend my on line dollar from now on at Amazon. My experience with them is quick service, decent products, rapid shipping, no double duties, easy no cost returns and refunds.
Answer: I think ur probably better off buying thick wool socks that's what I did when I got the wrong size from here I just bought some big wool socks and now they fit great.
