I wouldn't even give them one star, I never got my package, but Shein insisted it was delivered. I explained many times over 3 weeks that I never signed for it and asked for proof, but they avoided the question and kept saying "our system shows it was received." They made me feel helpless and like I was lying, yet still did not resolve my problem.
Other companies would respect their customers and issue a full refund even if their system shows delivery. Shein failed completely—no help, no respect, just frustration. Extremely disappointing
18 days later and Shien are still refusing to refund me on the missing delivery. Every reply to my open case at their customer service says to wait a few more days! Totally unacceptable! Next steps is CISAS for a formal complaint against shien and will also register a fruad claim via PayPal! Terrible customer service, extremely poor! Off to post my story on Facebook, X and Tiktok now!
I requested a return within the allowed period and received a return label valid for 30 days. However, when I tried to return the items, the code was invalid. SHEIN then claimed my return period had expired, despite my request being on time.
Their customer service was unhelpful, simply pointing to their policy instead of resolving the issue. Had they communicated properly, I would have returned the items sooner. Now, I'm stuck with unwanted items due to their misleading process.

I have tried to get into my account, putting in my correct e mail and Tel number, along with tracking number and sending a screen shot of the e mail they sent me, with all the information on. Went on chat line, all they say is its Shien uk. That still did not help. So would not recommend them.
Shein has always been an amazing shopping avenue for me I used to order a couple hundred pounds every month until recently when they started sending me wrong items for my order and I had to return a mahir part of my order. Recently I place 2 consecutive orders and had a same issue. When i was processing the refund I was given an option ton process a combined return for reduced carbon emission and I happily did that now both the returns were made under 1 tracking number in 1 parcel which is showing delivered and shein's site itself noting the status that quality check is completed for both the orders however they only refunded the lower amount return and kept on saying that the other one is not registered in their warehouse, while both returns were in 1 parcel which makes it logically impossible. I shared all the details and evidence with them but they are happy to ripp me off for a gbp90 over a business of several hundres pounds a month. The only reason I was not going for Alibaba and Temu was the laziness to learn about their apps etc but now I am definitely done with shein.
The clothes are cheap and very poor quality, but worst of all, they will not give refunds on anything that goes missing during transit. It is a gamble to use this site.

Its when things go wrong you realise you used the wrong company. I get a delivery, one item of 7. Its nothing like the picture so requested a return, I notice a message on my account which tells me a different product has been delivered this can be items 2 of 7. My account shows the unwanted item (item1) is to be returned. I now have a message that the undelivered item (items2)is to be returned even tho I don't have it. The customer service is not actually a service. Should you need it, you will get a bunch of options of which probably none help. Clearly my issue is not going to be resolved by a chat bot, so ask for contact. I now have a ticket which can and probably will take 24hours to gain a response. Should have stuck to Temu, had no issues with returns etc and they use EVRI just like SHein
Awful experience, I have spent ridiculous amount off money with Shein. For the first time Ive had one item missing and asked shein to send me the missing item, instead I'm accused of being a liar and a thief. Customer service not helpful at all. They do not care and are happy to lose a customer.

SHEIN Didn't REFUND my money after I received a confirmation that they have received the items I RETURNED since on the 8th of July 2023:

I've emailed every day but just get stupid responses saying sorry & be patient.

I purchased 36 items in one order (order no: GSON*******EHR and the total came to £335.53 which includes £41 as handling charges. Of the 36 items received I returned 29 items as there were size or fabric quality issues. The amount was refunded but the handling charges was not apportioned to the 36 items (should come to £1.14 per item). For the 7 items retained I am still paying the full £41 as handling charges when it should have been apportioned and ideally I should be paying £7.98 (£1.14 x 7). The actual cost of the 7 items I have retained is £51.04 but they have added £41 handling charges which really doesn't make sense as I am paying nearly double for the dresses/shirts! There is no easy way to reach a customer service agent, it is all managed by Bots! Shein please refund my handling fee to my original account! Or contact me on my phone number given in the account. Never again Shein!
Not only that they charge extremely hight service charge for orders (for me it was £41.00), to receive it it takes weeks! There is no option to cancel the order even if it did not left the warehouse and forget about a full refund! If you consider making a bigger order to have multiple options and return the ones that you do not like, DO NOT DO THAT, go to normal store and purchase better quality item instead of paying money for NOTHING! The materials are horrible, so most likely you will return it all anyway!

But if you don't receive your items like me n it's damaged in transit, it's impossible to get hold of customer service as it's non existence! They don't refund and don't replace. They rob your money.

Stay away from the company. It's cheap products to attract you but if you have problems, you will never get hold of them. There is only a ROBOT chat online which goes around in circles and you never get the problem resolved.

Returned my items over a month ago. Contacted them 6 different occasions and they told me the same excuses each time in order to not refund me my money. They claim they haven't gotten the parcel back yet - clearly I returned it and entered the tracking info provided for the return etc and because their company cannot track and update their systems correctly on incoming returns to their warehouse they feel the need to keep my hard earned money!
Does not take over a month to receive the parcel that I had returned - clearly an in-house problem occurring where they can't update their systems to show my parcel is with them. I have taken to social media and seen others have been through the same issue with this company.
Stay clear! They steal hard earned money and refuse to refund you it when you send them their items back! Shocking treatment!
