They are very good about keeping their customers in the know with notifications of downtime, unexpected issues, or server migration activities. My experience has been great and I will definitely continue using their ssd hosting services.
I spent weeks searching for a new hosting provider and settled on CanSpace after reading all the positive reviews. Suffice it to say they were definitely well earned. I was with GoDaddy before and to be fair they set the bar really low, but I had no idea how helpful a hosting provider actually could be. My Wordpress theme had a few small issues that I just couldn't get right, and CanSpace had them all resolved for me within 15 minutes of opening a ticket - now that's support!
Hostsailor provides an exceptional quality service and features at an economical price. I'm a recently new costumer of Hostsailor and is totally satisfied with my package and host. They are really a great provider which solves any issues which may happen. Highly recommend them to use! They are the best in this realm!
Whenever I need support, they're always quick to help me. Once I called them at midnight and no one believed that they pick my call in just one ring and solved my query. I've been using their Windows VPS for more than 4 years and I have nothing to complain about them.
They are usually pretty fast though. I bought Cloud VPS hosting account at Hostmines, took the cheapest plan but I'm super made up with the services. Had some problems because i wasn't able to easily change from builder to wordpress but the support was very helpful. All looks good^^

Despite sending seven emails during the month-long contract, none were answered, and phone calls were ignored. No effort was made at all. Finally came in contact with a new Go Daddy broker six weeks later, who provided a domain cost over 160 times the original estimate. Have wasted so much time and some money on a service that is nothing short of disgraceful.

I purchased hosting in January 2023. Migration was very quick. Hosting is fast (faster than two previous providers).
However, customer service sees you talking to numerous people as each reply is answered by another Hostinger employee and not all of them are as consistent or clued up as they might be.
The worst is the Finance Team and billing issues. Despite them agreeing the amount charged was incorrect they refused to refund the error. Instead, assuring me that it would be correct next time it was billed!
What was a good initial experience is now a bad one.
Be very careful about charges. Check and check again and take screenshots as Hostinger's Finance Team don't do refunds. Once they have your money its gone. I found out too late.
