The shapermint products are top of the line. It is my favorite to date. I have tried others but this has the best fit. True to size. Also, when I let the company know, I ordered the wrong size, they sent me the correct size immediately and did not ask for the other one, instead they asked me to pass it on to someone who could use it! I had to exchange a bra because I ordered the wrong one. I had some issues with arranging the transaction. The person I spoke to in chat seemed to have a challenge understanding what I wanted. They finally sent me an email that gave me a choice of refunding the purchase for a considerable amount less than what I paid for it or receiving a credit. I selected the latter as I wanted to order the correct bra. Another issue not related to this transaction is your policy of only taking one discount per order. In other words, if an item is on sale I cannot also use a 20% off coupon. Most stores will honor all discounts appropriate to the order. That's a bad policy and could be a deal breaker for some.
The shape wear was a perfect fit for me. It does a good job of flattening my tummy.
The only negative for me is that it does tend to fold when I am sitting down.
