These bras offer a medium support i would say. The one with thr clasp at the back is my favorite. I wear it A LOT! It's so comfy like I don't have a bra on. The everyday wireless v shaped one is a bit too small in the cups for me to wear it out of the house. However it is so comfy I put it on when I get ready for bed and I could even sleep in it in the summer.

The shaper fit fine when I initially wore it. It was very comfortable and the support was decent. However, after the first wash, the bottom seam came apart! Very disappointed because it had potential.
