My order has said Unfulfilled for weeks now which means it never shipped but yet I paid for my order and I have tried to contact customer service by calling the customer service number 3 times and left 3 voicemails, sent them facebook messages about it 3 times, and even tried chat support 3 times and NO RESPONSE! They took my money but will not let me know why my order is not being mailed. I will never buy from Shapermint again!

Wow this terrible to do to a customer. The product doesnt even come close to be the correct size. They leggings were a XL and I am a 14/16 and didnt even come close to getting them over my knees. I am aware they are to be tight but not like that. What a scam. I will make sure to review and never order again. AND CHARGERD ME $15.00 TO RETURN THEM.

I have tried several times to resolve this with them and DHL but they both just keep sending me automated emails. I tried to contact them through the chat and it just keeps asking for the same information. I tried replying to the automated emails they kept sending and that did not work. I tried contacting DHL and got the same runaround. They do not contact you other than just the automated emails. Don't waste your time with this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order.

I never received my purchase. When I tracked my package it said invalid address, which is incorrect. When I tried to contact Shapermint, the online chat was a joke and just kept repeating asking my name. You can never talk to someone and they never call you back like they say they will.

I had an issue where my order didn't arrive they made sure to correct it and make very certain that it came to me I was very happy even though it did arrive after Halloween and I wanted to wear my leggings for my costume but all in all it fits beautifully.

I placed an order and within 1 minute I notified chat support which I do not believe is a live human! I was told that I would receive a refund however the item was shipped according to them and I still yet to get my refund it's been 9 DAYS! I tried calling and NO ONE will answer the phone I have left 5 voicemail messages. I will contacting BBB and attorney general. I do not want their products I just want my money back!

It fits pretty well. Sometimes it rolls a bit a the top. It does flatten all the fat rolls, however in extreme bloating there will still be a bloat stomach but it is reduced than without the shapewear
The advertise the leggings as being opaque but when they arrived they were 100% see through. You don't get a refund on shipping and they charge you just under $7 to "initiate a refund". It makes me feel like these leggings cost them like $1 each to make because they don't even ask you to send them back. If you are outside of the United States DO NOT order from this company, and DO NOT buy leggings from them

Customer service is done completely online through email messages, and I found this to be satisfactory for my purposes. I know that there have been some complaints that they do not have a calling customer service line, but I have not found this to be a problem.

First of all, it is not free returns. You have to pay shipping. You can't get in touch with customer service. You try to call they won't answer. They say they will call you back they don't. They said customer service closes at 7pm EST. They even had the recorded message that said they closed at 7pm EST and I was calling at 6pm EST. I tried to exchange and it said I was ineligible. I am contacting BBB.org. I won't ever stop telling people how bad this place is. And they says it won't roll down. It sure does.
