Scam company, buyer beware. They do not issue refunds, I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a refund, and still Shapermint has not re-credited my credit card. They are no longer responding to my emails so I've resorted to filing complaints against this company's fraudulent crediting practices with the FTC, two BBBs, my state attorney general's office, Pennsylvania's state attorney general's office, my state's consumer protection bureau, and the consumer financial protection bureau. Next, I will report them to my credit card company to dispute Shapermint's charge on my account. This company is practicing in credit card fraud.
I see on the commercials. Woman slipping it on, an it's very stretchy. Mines not! It fits but very tight. I bought the long leggings shorts an a top. The top is SO TIGHT. It fits like a medium. Not 2x. Kinda disappointed. But at the same time, I'm losses weight. An looking forward to looking great. So yes it's tight but hopefully soon enough I can actually use your product.

I could not believe the amount of shaping from such a comfotable garment. I've been wearing these heavy boned waist cinchers for years to help me arrange my curves, but this little soft garment really helps put everything where it used to be. I can even enjoy eating out at the restaurant again without feeling like I was the stuffed sausage. I definitely will buy more as i think this product is a winner. Thanks again, I'm feeling better about myself.
The price, time received item was great! However I did not feel like the item held me in tight enough. I did not feel any resistance or support from the garment.

Ordering was easy. Shipping was prompt. The product was excellent quality, works as advertised, and exceeded my expectations. They send too many promotional emails for my taste, but that's not a big deal.
I had purchased the 'All Day Every Day High-Waisted Shaper Panty' and although delivery was prompt, which I appreciated, this product did nothing to hold me in, despite myself correctly following the sizing chart. What I can say about this product which was good is that it is very comfortable and it doesn't roll down.

I decided against the leggings that I had ordered, and customer service was very helpful in suggesting other products and setting up a free exchange.
I paid extra for two day shipping! It has been a week now, It should not take four days to process through when someone is paying EXTRA MONEY. Ridiculous. It was supposed to be delivered last night and nope still in Springfield. Never buying anything from here again. Can't even get through to them through email. You need to be more on top of things. Customers are your number one priority. Very unhappy.

I ordered a few items from Shapermint a few weeks ago and loved everything except 1 particular bra that was too tight. I tried to reach someone through the app's return/exchange feature, but my request would not go through. I then went to their Facebook page and requested help but didn't get a response. I tried mentioning it in a survey but still no response. I couldn't figure out why no one was responding and was getting really frustrated. Yesterday I decided to try the app again and FINALLY it went through. They quickly responded, and gave me an additional credit of $6. I got the bra I liked and didn't even have to return the first one. Eventually I got fabulous results all the way around. Very happy with Shapermint and their wonderful products!
Ordered 3 pairs, they are so great. As Advertised they do not roll down at the waste. Wash well.
I bought a cami and a pair of leggings. The leggings are perfect, I love them, but I made a mistake with the size of the cami and ordered a small instead of a large. When I reached out to Shapermint, the response blew me away. With the time delay from USA to New Zealand I expected a hassle but contact was swift and friendly. My problem sorted and the correct size shipped to me no questions asked. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome. Will definitely be buying again from Shapermint if this is how they look after customers!

I like it, but I can't get my size right and I don't want to have another sent again because it's my fault and I love it but I got my size wrong twice. Nothing wrong with it, works grate even when I got it too big. I feel bad so I left it. They are really nice and took hood care of me.
