The items I purchased are perfect for me. The top should be placed on bottom first. (I thought it was too small.) It provides a smooth "middle" while the shaper provides a smooth lower body appearance.

I ordered a size medium Shapermint bra and it was too small. I emailed CS about the issue and they said I could keep the medium and donate it or give it away and they would send me the size I needed for free!

The bras I ordered do a beautiful job of slimming my back and sides, giving smooth lines and coverage. However, I felt no separation and support for my breasts, which is the key function of a bra. The straps are not adjustable and the bust needs to be shifted constantly throughout the day in order to help my breasts stay in place. What was promised regarding the slimming nature of the back and sides of the bra did deliver, however the overall functionality of the bra is not great. I have a large chest. Perhaps this would work better for small breasted women.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my wife, they offer free returns so I requested a return. The Web page had me answer a couple of questions and I was able to get the return with a reorder of the right size on the one page. The shipping return label was sent to me within an hour with notification of my new order being readied for shipment. No errors, no wasted time, professional, very good site to get the order corrected and resent. I am extremely pleased with the company. The products are well made, the shipping is fast and errors are easily corrected.
Product sizing varies greatly between items and also sizing guides rarely lead you to the correct size. Even with taking my measurements, I had to exchange sizes for everything. For example, one of the bras recommended a M based on my bra size but I think I'll end up with an XL! Customer service is OK-I don't like when companies don't have a phone number you can call. The live chat option kept messing up and the attendant didn't seem to understand me (if an item is too small, I probably don't want to order a size smaller!). Through email I got the best results though-the staff was helpful and accommodating. Returns are easy enough but you will pay for return shipping if you don't do an exchange. Overall, I would buy again wth them.
