Good product, but for larger gals the straps are too narrow. I also dislike the movable cups which are airways moving when I put on and off.
Your product is supper comfy, I love everything about it. From the fabric, to the way it makes me feel wearing it which is amazing. It was delivered supper fast to which I loved I didn't have to wait a month to get it like most places when you order. All around if I had to give a 1 out of 10 it would be a 100 hands down...

My bra came promptly--there was a small delay due to Coronavirus complications--yet Shapermint kept me informed which I appreciated. I had to return one of the bra sizes and that was unbelievably easy--they just credited me the cost and I am to give the bra away. The bra itself is comfortable and does smooth out bulges--it has good support for someone who is really large-breasted--it gives me nice cleavage which my husband noticed. Back straps are comfortable too--only thing I don't like is that the pads which aren't too much--move around. Also, the band at the bottom is nice and tight yet I wouldn't sleep in the bra--it is the most comfortable yet but still too tight to sleep in. Overall, for the price--good value.
I have loved every product I have bought, contol panties are so comfortable, bras are awesome and the next thing I buy will be some more leggings, they are the best I have tried.

I ordered 4 items and could not wait to try them on with my summer dresses and they're amazing! I have more confidence and it feels great! They're comfy and cute. I love the packaging and the wash bag they send with it! Will definitely be buying more and telling all of my family and friends! :)

Nothing I ordered fit. When I tried to return to get the size I needed you were out. Then charged me to send back, so I was shorted $
After contacting customer service via the FAQ page there remained confusion to the status and location of my order. I was able to find the tracking number of the item I returned to be exchanged. After supplying the tracking number and the last information listed that I could see the item was found and a new order created and shipped. I don't believe this would have happened if I couldn't locate the tracking info from my exchange. The good news is response times are phenomenal! Everyone was polite and there seemed to be some consistency with the representatives handling my issue. I'll have to wait until the new bras arrive to give an overall opinion of the product.
