I ordered a medium compression garment and was dissatisfied with it. After speaking with a style agent through Shapermint, she recommended a higher compression, found the comparable item and processed my exchange. I like the new one; it does a much better job. I appreciate the fact that the chat agent was available at 3 am when I was debating if I wanted to bother going through the trouble of exchanging the product. It was easy and now I have something that I'm happy with.
