Of course the people you use on your web site all seem to look so much trimmer. I didn't find that to be true for me. It doesn't make that much difference. I really don't usually order clothing on line, and I remember why now. If giving my opinion to my friends it would be difficult, this product is not an item to order on line.
My first experience was with the biker shaper I have problems getting into that one the panty liner work for me I will be sending the first order back to you for the exchange for panty shaper.

All is well if you like the product or just want to exchange it. The problem is if you want a refund or try to speak to someone in customer service-there is no live human being to talk to. You get a robot chat that is worthless. I wanted to return an item, get a refund. It just wasn't right for me. I disagreed with the amount my refund was to be. No where, no how did I come up with a live customer service representative to talk to. I think that is part of the plan, frustrate them til a customer throws up their hands and says "just forget it!" Shapermint gets to walk away with more money that way. I will NEVER order from this company again. Between their pop-ups, flooding my in-box and LACK of customer service I am done with them. No product is worth the aggravation of this company.

I finally decided to purchase a few pieces of the Shapermint shapewear base on the reviews and ads. I am not shock at all, this shapewear does exactly what some reviews, and the ads say. I am so very pleased, the excitement that I felt when I pulled my leggings up and viewed the result of it in the mirror, just pure happiness. Thank you, my happiness is beyond words.
I was directed to the chat box to voice my issue and that is where everything went haywire. My original order was 1 bra and 2 pair of leggins. I ended up getting 2 pair of 4XL shorts and never got the 2XL shorts so i told them to just refund me the money i paid for the leggings 2XL (i never received) and they eventually did. So I am done with that issue and will wait a while before i order anything else.
