There are no "real" people in customer service - every reply is an automatic response. Tried several time to report my issues with them, to no avail - just more canned responses. Poor experience from the get-go, when free shipping was promised but not applied to my offer. It took a long time to get the product. It wasn't a quality item, and the bra itself was unsupportive and rolled at the edges. Had to pay to return the item - a shipping and handling charge. I felt scammed by Shapermint.

The prices, and ease of ordering, and fast shipping was great! I got the high waisted shorts and I love them. I can wear my fave tank tops now and not feel it looks unflattering. It really holds in my love handles and stomach! Perfect fit too.
