I've found a new love of foundation wear. I've never wanted to wear nor enjoyed wearing "girdles". We can all relate to this but, I have contour without the pain (pulling up and pulling down those things that never seem to fit properly). Thank you Shapermint!

I decided to try out a Shapermint because they were having their summer sale. Their items looked reasonable and as if they were good quality. Upon checking out they offered one of the items I bought in an additional color at 70% off. I don't usually select the 'wait, before you go' items, but it was a good deal so I accepted. Upon checking my confirmation email I discovered that they added leggings rather than shorts. I immediately selected 'contact company' because they state they provide up to an hour from order time to process time for things to be changed. I was transfered to a robotic chat system, who was completely unable to help me, and when I asked to speak to a real person I was told on four different occasions that 'everyone was busy.' But not to worry, someone would get back to me WITHIN 48 HOURS. Obviously this is too long for the order to be changed. So now I am going to be shipped and charged for something I DIDN'T want, and who knows if I can exchange it or not because there are no answers on that on their website. What was supposed to be a new experience supporting a new company has now turned into an hour of exasperation and will continue to be a concern for the next 48 hours and beyond. Once I get it I will have to figure out how to return it and get my money back, and if this experience is foreshadowing I am already dreading the time and effort it will take. Not worth it!

I found tht the garments doesn't quite give you shape that you are looking. Nothing like you see.on social media.
The first one was just not quite the right fit after waiting a long time to receive due to all the shipping issues and a replacement was sent out immediately that is perfect with my other shapermint and was received quickly.
Waist band does not roll, which was why I bought this shaper. Very pleased.
I opted to exchange my 4X leggings for a 3X and Shapermint sent them to me promptly at no charge. I was really impressed with their superior customer service. I am enjoying my new 3X leggings and I would recommend Shapermint to all of my family and friends.
