I explain to them about the rolled up I was having and they corrected the problem right away no questions asked
I order two ideals and only got one. Never heard from anyone about the rest of my order. Never got still haven gotten the rest of my order. Very disappointed

When i reached out about the long shipping time, they were quick to respond and refunded shipping cost without me asking. The products (i ordered 3 tanks) are amazing!
