It was refreshing to purchase an item quickly that was true to its claims. It came in a reasonable amount of time!
Exquisitely-simple shopping experience + excellent deal on what I consider perfect everyday shapewear (this lightweight bodysuit w/ convenient open gusset provides cool, comfortable, smoothing, medium support). Size guide was accurate & item fit well, but even so, because of Shapermint's generous, no-limit "keep trying till you find the perfect fit" return policy, I had no worries there (to my great relief!). Last but not least, my purchase arrived quickly & securely packaged. I'm a very satisfied customer!

I've never experienced such customer service as with Shapermint. I bought u detested from Hanes and tried a pair on and the size is sized wrong-very big. I was told to return at my expense to exchange them. I'd rather just throw them away. Shapermint before the virus sent a prepaid label for exchange at their expense and since the virus, they just send the proper size and tell you to donate or keep. Amazing!

Ordered high waist and if I added a couple of straps I could wear it as a jumpsuit! "Waist" comes up and over my boobs not sure on the sizing here folks

Customer service was awesome and my replacement bras are so comfortable! Unfortunately, after several washes, the side of one bra completely came apart. I had noticed a small area had separated when I first received the bra fitting thought it was some sort of specialty panel. The second bra is holding up so far, but it has a small area that's starting to separate too. I still love this bra, and would be willing to try it again when there's a really great sale.
My first order was perfect I swore I'd never purchase another kind of bra. My last order, another bra has sharply poked me at the fastener. I can't see anything to cause this. I love the comfort of your product but at the price I paid I won't be ordering again.

My experience with Shapermint was unique. The customer service was excellent. However I think I got the wrong size. I will keep the ones i have and just gift the ones that are too big to a family member

1st Shapermint was a poor fit, Rated my experience. Different model was suggested, so I ordered it. Even worse fit. Gave up. Chalked it up to foolish notion that you could buy something that personal on-line and expect it to fit. Too much energy for no reward.
