I ordered several bras, and then added a discount one to my cart, because of issues with an aging iPad, the size wasn't correct.
When I received confirmation of my order I spotted the error. I immediately sent an email. The order had been processed already (quick service!) so they mailed me the correct size at no charge, it was my mistake, but they fixed it!
Also, after ordering the bras I worried about the straps (I have a long torso), but the straps were perfect!

Some time ago I had issues with an item which Shapermint totally replaced and let me tell you these shaping leggings are not only NOT see-through but the material is SO GOOD and it actually does make a significant difference when you put them on with other clothes. Cannot wear my scrubs without them! 10/10 all the way. Customer service is superb too!

I got three camis on a whim and I'm so glad I did! I have worn them every day since I bought them. They're easy to put on (unless you just got out of the shower), and they really give a good, smooth shape.

I love the items I got, but one did fit a little weird. I contacted customer service via messaging online. They were phenomenal. They took care of the problem quickly and satisfactorily. They sent a replacement and it was great.

I had purchased 2 pairs of leggings during the sale. I didn't realize at the time that they were 2 different kinds of leggings. On pair fit beautifully and the other, even though the same size, was half the size. I later discovered that there are different types of compression and the pair that was too small was the highest compression and would require a larger size to fit me. I asked if I could return the small pair and get another one of the style that fit. The woman I spoke to on the phone not only helped put the transaction through but she told me to keep the small pair and give them to someone they'll fit. I thanked her profusely and will pass them on to the first person I find who'll fit into them.
