Shopping easy but as other reviews noted they had size problem. I need next size up than I ordered. Fortunately, my daughter fit it in perfectly, so I gave all I ordered to her and reordered. Hopefully these will be better for me. I have larger bust and have been looking for something that would be comfortable and had no hooks.
I ordered 2 bras, unsure of the size I needed, but was able to exchange them very quickly with no hassle. They kept me in the loop during the whole process letting me know they had received the returns and mailed out the replacements, and even kept me updated about where the items were enroute. Oh, did I mention the BEST thing? These bras are SOOOO comfortable! I have now ordered 5 or 6 of them, in pullover and fasten back styles. They are very soft and firm and as advertised could be slept in quite comfortably. I will never by bras from anywhere else!

Bras do not fit according to your chart size. Very disappointed, because I love the style, they just run small. Sad because I ordered several at one time.
I originally ordered some bras but did not like the way the straps dug into my shoulders- the comfort level on the bra was great but the seams left marks on my shoulder, I am a 38c so I am not small and I certainly give a bra a good road test. I said this in my review and shapermint wanted to make it right so they let me pick 2 new ones that would be more comfortable and not have this same problem. I got them and I am very happy! They really do ensure customer satisfaction. I will be a loyal customer after that treatment.

My experience was shocking, that this product has such an amazing fit, tummy control and comfort. Also what I recognized about that this product it gave my breast a beautifully round shapely appearance.

My Shapermint bras arrived on-time and fit perfectly. I've only had them a week and washed them once but time will tell how long they last. My breasts are a C cup and I've never bought a bra online... from a new brand. So far, these are a welcome surprise. Padding was key but straps that stay put and don't dig in are EVERYTHING. I'm grateful someone made & sold these.
