Unfortunately, I am now stuck with 3 bras that are not what I prefer, but it is too late to return or exchange them for what I really want.

This is my second order of two bras, I was so happy with first order that I ordered them again, the comfy straps the weightlessness of the whole bra is awesome I will be getting rid of my other older bras that don't stand up to these new bras I will buy again and again so happy

The first item I received from Shapermint was not the color I wanted. Therefore, was told by customer service that the correct item will ship soon, I was told to keep the first item that I ordered. At the same time the processing for the correct item in (Black) was already in process. I don't know any COMPANY that would treat a new customer as Shapermint treated me.

Technology tried to double my order by processing it twice. I had no trouble getting in a chat and taking care of it.
