I inadvertently ordered a wrong size and contacted them about swapping the unopened, unused item for the right size. It was taken care of in mere minutes and a few days later the correct product was delivered. Simple. Nice to know a company that stands behind its word.
I received an order and the bras were too small. I contacted customer service and was able to exchange them for two others that I had purchased before. It was all done online and was hassle free. I recommend them.

I needed a comfortable bra for my active retired lifestyle. (Previously, I had purchased 4 sports bras from another company. None of which worked. Terribly uncomfortable! Sizing was all wrong.) I decided to try this bra based on the online ad. I was determined to find a comfortable bra, that I would be incline to actually wear all day. With this bra I was pleasantly surprised. Nice feel on the body. Soft material, no binding, moves with me-totally. I purchased one, tried it for a month and then purchased 3 more.
Now, I have one in every available color. I couldn't be happier, and YES I recommend this bra to all my friends!

This is an improvement on the shaper pants which I found rather uncomfortable with the metal rods in the sides piercing into my skin.

I was so excited to find a bra back extension in the package. I wear a Ccup and most bras that are big enough around have such huge cups(breast reduction solved that issue). I purchased with the intent of wearing later but with this extension I can wear now and keep wearing as the weight diminishes. I don't recall seeing the extension listed in the description. If is not there it should be mentioned. I usually hate wearing a ba but this one is very comfortable.

Just received my new Shapermint leggings and it doesn't hold anything in its a cheap material with lines on the sides like a track suit. What happened to the plain black leggings? This is not what I wanted! I have ordered several in the past but if this is the quality I will be getting from now on. NO THANKS! I will be returning it now. Its a real shame they have downgraded their quality.
