I have been a repeat customer of Shapellx for some time, but my recent orders, particularly my last one (Order: SYSX-*******), have been consistently disappointing due to inaccurate sizing and slow delivery. It took a long time for my last order to arrive. When it finally did, the items were the wrong size! In this specific purchase, I ordered a 40DDD bra and the Deep V-Neck Cross Back Shaping Bodysuit (Black / 3X). The bodysuit looked like a swimsuit, but my main issue is with the sizing of both items. The bra, specifically, was nowhere near a 40DDD; the fit was completely off and unusable. This isn't the first time. I've received items in the wrong size on previous occasions as well, which is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient.
The repeated issues with receiving incorrectly sized items, with the delays in shipping, have led me to the decision that I will no longer be shopping from this company. The persistent lack of accuracy in sizing have made it too unreliable to continue as a customer and the return process is ridiculous!

Definitely felt the "hug" and felt I lost a size, the strip of rubber on the bottom help keep the top down and not roll up. And it using nature ingredients in the fabric makes conscious sense.
I ordered on June 10th and still have not received my full order. Only to be told over 10 days later that something happen during transit and my order has been lost. They did say that they are sending a replacement order to me but even getting tracking information for that has been like pulling teeth. I have not received my full order as of today.

The shaper is a medium. I'm medium size and very proportioned but have belly fat from kids and middle aged. The shaper is so tight and not flexible enough. The breast cups are too big as well. Pretty disappointed.

My product was showing delivered called customer service. She asked me to call the company. Never got the company on the phone I stopped trying. I can't keep calling places and work. Customer service lady said she would call and call me back. 4 days later and still no call back.

When trying to order a new compression garment, I went back to Shapellx. The quality of their product is beyond compare and with the zipper gusset, going to the restroom is not an issue. Every product I have purchased, has fit true to size.
The product is great. It fits snug and very comfortable. I recommended it to my niece that is why I purchased the second one, the delivery time is good.
I love the stretch and the way it flattened my stomach. I wish I should of gotten the large instead of the xl.
I received my order from Shapellx, but unfortunately, it arrived with the wrong size. I promptly reached out to their customer service team, and they were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. I placed a order for 3 swimsuits and received 3 weird items that I did not purchase. Not only did it take forever for the item to arrive but the customer service was horrible. They were basically worried more about receiving their items back than making sure i got my correct order in a timely fashion. I sent my items back yesterday and sent an email around 4:30 pst that I did so. I received an email at almost 3am letting me know that my order will be shipped but due to the warehouse being closed on weekends it will take 3-5 business days to process.
I have never had this happen and never had a company not give a damn or offer any type of incentive.

A little skeptical at first how to get it on was worried i ordered too small but once I got it on the fit is great! Flat tummy booty poppin! Very happy with purchase
Free exchanges and easy returns. Or whatever your site says. I wrongly assumed that the 'free' in that sentence also applied to the returns. You can argue it's my fault, and yes I agree it is, but every line on your website relating to returns should make it clear it's not free. I will shop elsewhere now that I know.

I purchased this shape wear for the compression and lift and it did not disappoint. It was pricey but, it's a great product.
I got my new size in a week.The company got back with me fast. They were right on it with the correct size I ordered.
The suit is beautiful and does a great job of holding my belly in, but I'm tall (5' 10) and have a longer torso. I'm also a 38 DDD. So between my height and pulling the suit over my boobs, I still get a deep cut and some of my belly hangs at the bottom. Just wish it was a little bit longer.

I placed an order and paid for it, only after following up on my order I was told that shapellx does not ship to Canada. I would have thought instead of accepting my payment the transaction was supposed to be to have not processed because they do not ship to Canada.
