The product is good but I'm getting really aggravated by every company expecting that I give a review for every single product I receive. Not to mention asking for reviews on customer service is I email with a representative. Seriously, this culture of expectations of a review has gotten way out of hand.

I had to do an exchange because I got the wrong size. I was able to do my exchange with speed and ease! I tried my shape-wear on with my outfits I am wearing for my birthday weekend and I felt so comfortable, so well put together, so snatched and so confident! I Definitely will be repurchasing!
I am 5'3 280. I got the size 2x because I'd seen WAY bigger women than me get a 2x and that's where I made my mistake. I carry most my weight in my tummy so after a few hours the material rolled under my tummy, insinuating my hanging belly. Overall beautiful and comfortable dress. 10/10 would recommend
In another life time, with a larger size maybe, but the one i have is too small. It goes up, but doesn't fit my body/shape how I prefer, and didn't clasp completely nor zip. I need to lose weight. Until then, I'll buy a larger size, because the material was perfect, didn't roll, cut, nor hurt. I kept it on for 2 hours (one of which I was on stage, and on camera), and the clasp that did close, held on like a "G" 🤣
I lI really love the bra I bought because it smooths out my upper body, including my back and sides. The only drawback is that I wish I had ordered a size up. Since then, I've ordered two more bras in a larger size, but my order hasn't been delivered as quickly as my last one.
I ordered online and the promotion was 20% off first time shoppers. Contacted order support and told them that I didn't receive my 20% off when I made my first purchase and the contact specialist, emailed me back saying send her my order confirmation number and she will look over it and give me the 20%. I still haven't heard back from anyone. I've emailed three times since then …. Still no answer.
I did receive it in a reasonable amount of time. The issue I have is that I went by the sizing chart online, but it does not fit. So unfortunately, I do not know how well the shaper works. I don't know if there is still time to send it back and get the next size up.

The mystery box item did not impress me, it did not fit like I expected it too. Too tight, too short but I can't return it because in the craziness of trying to get it off the sticker liner came off which means it is no longer a returnable item.
The best women's underwear at Shapellx. The built-in stretch technology molds to your sizes it fits and stretches with you but is very tight and strong, without losing its elasticity I'm 200 lbs 5'9 in height it held me in for 13 hours. Whew long day
This is my third order from shapelx and each time my order is lost and I have to call and track which is super annoying because their isn't anyone to speak to as far as customer service 😑 so there is the dreaded emailing back and forth waiting for responses needless to say it does get rectified eventually. But just needs a better way for consumers to handle mishaps in the return and delivery process it's such a hassle which somewhat deters me from ordering from this brand. But with that being said their products / shapewear is absolutely awesome, I am no stranger to shapewear/ fajas as I have had surgery in the past and am somewhat a slight expert or so I'd like to think lol, it's comfortable and shapes your body just right. If you've had surgery in any area there is a product for you for my lipo 360 bbl girls the non compression butt lifting in that are is the best..
The shapewear does not hold up in the back as advertised. I wear a Large and had to keep adjusting the back of my shapewear as it kept slipping down. I was a bit frustrated at this as the commercials states that their product absolutely does not slip down in the back.
I like the shapewear. It can be seen slightly under thin material. It's not a hassle free return as advertised and it's definitely not free returns. Which is why I don't plan on ordering from this site again!
Was just looking for supportive panties to wear whenever I want a little support. If I pull them up to my bra, it exposes some ugliness. IFKYK. If I cover the ugliness, I have a muffin top in front and back and it wants to roll.
No one is contacting me on how to return my item. My item is to small and I really need to return it. So I pray someone contact me so I can return this item immediately. This is not a good look for people to spend their money and do not have a way to contact someone after their purchase. Please help!
I have probably tried ten different brands of bras to find ones that look good, are comfortable, and fit well. I finally found them on Shapellx. The amazing bras provide great support and, even though the ones I bought are long line bras, I wear them all day and they are never uncomfortable.
Im truly disappointed in my purchase and wish I could return. First, the delivery was over a week late, after several guarantees that I would receive my order by Feb. 28th...didn't receive on time as promised. Furthermore, the garment was not at all what I expected and did not fit, very very disappointed.
My shape wear is comfortable convient everything I manifest in a great fit an easy bathroom access the zipper an clips holds my gut securely in every piece is hiding I live the hold the fabric the texture. I will be order again in the future it's worth my money. I appreciate you shapeLLX.
