Shapellx

The shorts fot great even though i am a 2X. I ordered a 3X because in past orders items like this were really too tight. The jumpsuit, size 2X was too small. Couldn't even get it over my hips. I am a true 2X. So why don't Shapellx bottoms fit. Once I get 3x in shorts or leggings it's smooth sailing

I emailed for a return or exchange, and was sent a link to review the wrap I bought, and to pick out a new one. We'll the link didnt work and no one has contacted me back since then. This was 3 weeks ago.

From Ordering to receiving the shape wear was very good and all question was answered. My only issue is that the zipper broken in between the legs, its like is slides off track and wont zip.

I absolutely love this shape wear it does what it's supposed to do. I had a little mishap with it but it was resolved quickly. Outstanding customer service.

Maybe I just got the wrong size but I went off size chart. Top kept rolling down, had to adjust it all day. Was uncomfortable and couldn't wait to take it off at end of day. I will say I do really like the clasp and zipper. I felt very supported and it was easy and fast to undo. But overall disappointed

I was worried at first about sizing since I measured an XS, but it fits perfectly! My suit is also super comfortable, which is much appreciated and particularly surprising given I am trans.

The return process is too much of a hassle. I wanted to exchange a product from my February 7th order and I still have yet to hear from customer service for assistance. Good product. Bad return processes.

I rated 3 stars. As a first time customer the first impression was not good. I placed an order for two items, a bra and a shapewear. The order was recieved, the bra I ordered is amazing. Fits like a glove and love how it shapes my chest and back area. Bra is very comfortable. As for the ShapeLLX wear. The shapewear received was NOT the item, it wasn't even the brand. Furthermore the item was covered in human and animal hair, disgusting. I took pictures of it and emailed ShapeLLX of the erroneous order. I received a response and a replacement was sent. This time being the correct order. I am happy the issue was resolved and the item received was correct. Thank you for the replacement.

The shape ware is great material just encourage you to go up one size. If you want to be snatched without the material showing through your clothes this is definitely the shape ware for you ladies

I ordered 3 items. All 3 arrived together. I immediately returned all 3 items at the same time in the same package. I received an email confirming a credit for only one item. I inquired about the full refund for the other 2 items and have not gotten a response. Please let me know when I can expect my full refund.

I love the shape, perfect fit, but my crotch zipper broke on the first try on. These thighs and hips are to thick for a zipper. I wish you made it without the zipper. I am trying to decide should I wear it like that or return it. I do love the material and fit.

I actually purchased the wrong item but customer service responded promptly, they both look nice, I've worn the shorts and had some roll at the top of the shorts.
