I purchased two separate items from here & both were a size too small. I followed the sizing provided but I believe those measurements need some tweaking. The quality of the products are amazing but the sizing is not what I was expecting for the chart that is provided. I think you all need to consider putting bigger models to advertise your shapewear so we can see what it would look like on an actual bigger body.

I was very unsure about placing an order with your company because of the advertisements that I've seen on social media. I thought that maybe it was a gimmick like so many Shapeware companies out there so I took a gamble and I ordered the mystery boxes and I am very pleased with the quality of your products and you guys now have a lifelong customer. Thank you for not being misleading.

I purchased 3 items and out of the 3 the air, slim butt lifting that hooks and zips on the side, snatched my whole life in and I absolutely love it. I purchased it in two colors.

Love the shapeware panties. Hugged everything in. I ordered the size recommended (XL) however, I should have gone with my usual size (L) for an even better fit.

I have tried shape wear from a lot of places but Shapellx is the best and most reliable I've tried. They have so many options depending on the level of support you are looking for. The pieces I've been using beautifully hold me in my belly area as well as lift my butt. My favorites have 4 rows of clips in the front that have been sizing down with me as I lose weight. I've just bought a smaller size to fit me as I continue in my weight loss journey. I look so much better in my clothes with my shape wear on.

I expected to get a shape where that had the hooks and the zipper and I ordered this item twice and twice I got Shapeware that just pulls up and at that it's difficult to pull up because they are very tight which they should be. But that's not what I expected to receive I would like to know what am I doing wrong or am I just getting sent the wrong thing twice. I expected the shape where that's in the video with the hooks and zippers and that's not what I'm receiving.

My shaper was perfect and it was true to size, I didn't use the straps due to the type of dress I was wearing and it held my boobs in place pretty good! I have zero complaints.

It took some time to figure out the right size. But I ended up going with a 3x which is a little bigger than what I normally wear. I normally wear a 2x. The leggings were easy to get on and very comfortable to wear. I wore them to work out in and they did not stay up in the back like others claimed. But that is not a big deal for me.

The wide range of options really makes it easy to find shapewear for any occasion! The shapewear jumpsuit is my favorite new addition to my closet! And I'll definitely need getting it in all the colors! Everything is made with high quality materials and is super durable, but most importantly - super comfortable.

I have a issue with the order I placed. I submitted a ticket: (Ticket Number: *******
Subject: New customer message on February 28,2025, at 4:41 am). I was asked not to reply, and I should expect a response with in 24-48 hours. I have not received solution as of today. March 7,2025. If I do not hear anything asap. I will send the unworn items back and would expect a full refund. That is bad business. I expected a better experience. This experience makes me not want to shop with this company. It would be less of a headache to shop at a local store. This experience has not been good for me.

The discount code I tried to use didn't work so that was disappointing.

While the products I received appeared to be of excellent quality, all of the three products I ordered were too small for me. I'm hoping to be able to exchange them for the correct sizes.

Me experience is confusing I did as asked about taking a picture and wait for email. All I was given was continually asked survey questions about my experience.
