I was a little skeptical on purchasing online because of the whole fitting process. I did base my garment on the measurement chart. I was just a tad bit off. It was more of a comfortable fit which I was ok with. Next time I will go down a size. Shipping came a day earlier than I expected
This company was all over my social media. I was express with the size snd the different shapewear they offered. The shapewear I ordered was the wrong size. I am unable to return them.
Customer service is beautiful, very patient. The color of the product and quantity is a 5 star. How ever it leaves fat gushing out on my back between my bra and the Shapellx. It holds in very nice but just not the top bra gush.
I went based off reviews but unfortunately it didn't fit me I'm so sad wish I had a better review wish my experience would of been alike to these other females
I requested a return label. I did receive the return label. I return the item on March 3,2025. Your company received it March 8,2025. I have requested my refund twice and I really don't understand what's the issue with refunding my money. To me this is very poor business. Could you please look into the issue and fix it.

I love this one! My only gripe is the support for the girls. Mine are wide-set and have more on the sides, so you can imagine it looks a bit weird up top. I'll have to add my own support in that area
I placed the order based on my current and normal size, but the item did not fit, and unfortunately, I had thrown away the packaging prior to trying it on. So I am not satisfied with it because it doesn't fit.
I read reviews and followed the size chart and couldn't get them on at all. Not only that; I wasted money and can't wear either piece that I purchased. I'm so disappointed. I'm not sure if I'll shop again anytime soon.

Just need to let yall know my shapewear is sooooo comfortable I can easily wear it all day. Also, I've never had a zipper opening that went from the front all the wayto the back. 😮 I can just sit and pee, no spill. And the cotton lining is a plus.
Easy to purchase, delivery was fast. I love the shaper shorts. It gives a great butt lift. Great tummy compression. However, the straps are uncomfortable.
My experience was terrible. I worried that the post office lost my item. Why can't you ship using FedEx or UPS. The items we're ordering are not cheap or offer expedited shipping.

There's no consistency on the fit of the garments. I am a 3X and I ordered a 3X and 4X and struggled to get the garments on and the end result I was uncomfortable. I think I was so convinced by the ads that this would be a garment for me based upon some of the reviews and it just did not work out that way
I wish there was an actual store in New York City so I wouldn't have to return via postal. Overall me experience with Shapellx has been great. Waiting for them to send a bigger size in the air flow shorts. It made a biggggg difference in how my dress fit.
Due to chemotherapy treatments and the steroids my oncologists pumped in me cause me to gain 50 extra pounds. I have been so sad about my stomach. But when I put on my Shapellx, WHEW! I'm like, she's baaaack! Yess! Love this thing! I'm definitely purchasing more! It's such a confidence booster!
Needed shapewear for my daughter's upcoming cotillion and the dress I wore was absolutely stunning. The only thing is I felt very loose in it. I ordered this shapewear and it held me together all night. I made the dress even more flattering by flattening the tummy area and lifting the rear.
