These guys put out photos of high tech lasers, then scam you to purchase a $5 china flashlight for $50 when they put it in a $0.02 case, plus shipping and handling. DON'T fall for this internet scam - just flush your money down the toilet - it's less headache!

So many reviews of the site comment on how this company is a scam and how they are stealing people's money by posting fake videos. This is not the entire truth though. I have bought a large lot of flashlights here and they all came... "Why the bad review then?" Because the quality was seriously lacking and the shipping was late. They arrived 2 months late and one of them broke within the FIRST DAY. So, they are a LEGIT company, they just sell a bad product and have even worse service.

Piece of $#*!

Same as everyone else, quit twice in below 0 weather, while in an emergency situation. Can not contact. Email says call for faster service, but when you call it says to email. I received one in email a couple of weeks ago. They said that someone would contact me within 48 hours. Never happened. Now no response at all. Lens was also scratched when I received it. No carry pouch either. I shure got took. Bought in good faith! Thinking I was buying military grade. What is wrong with this world?

I ordered 5 of the flashlights, they failed to come with the batteries and chargers, the only phone number on their brochure is for a dental office. After reading the reviews, I should have never purchased these. I need to return them and get a quick refund.

I will add my name to the many already out there. If you are seeing this and are considering buying a shadowhawk flashlight- take our advice. DON'T. I had mine less than two weeks and it quit. I feel the same way as Tim S. I can't believe I fell for this.

This is Denise again, 3 months and still waiting. The only way you can contact this company is through email, if you call the customer service line you will be on hold forever. I was on hold for thirty seven and a half minutes and still had no one answer the phone. So email after email I asked where my order was, finally I told him I wanted a refund, haven't heard anything back, if I had to do this all over again I would never have placed an order with this company. This company receives two thumbs down with me. It would receive more thumbs down but I only have two thumbs LOL so, I am still waiting,

I wish I read these reviews before I threw my money away on this flashlight. The flashlight works but they never sent me the charger to charge the batteries they sold me. Why they didn't put the charger in the box with the battery is mind numbing. I was scammed for two of these things and I could have bought 10 of the same things from the TV. Just a different brand but the same fing flashlight for 75% cheaper. Live and Learn I guess

Darrell Rumfelt. Bought a shadowhawk led flashlight and I received it and the led keep un screening and falling out. Now the flashlight doesn't work anymore. The wall charger broke the first day. I paid $ 69.99

Finally

Finally received my order after three months. I spoke to "Roger" and he figured out what was wrong and made it right. The kits are nice but over priced, and the hassle makes it all a bad experience. I purchased more interesting lights from another company for a lot less and received them before the Shadow Hawks arrived.

Rip Off

Flashlight, which is not inexpensive, is of poor quality. Literally fell apart after second use, but outside the 30 day warranty period. No relief from the company after numerous communications.

A rating of a one is generous if a zero was a choice that's what I would choose. Waited six weeks for flashlights and still did not get. Called to cancel order said they would refund my check and I should get in 5-7 buss days. It's been two weeks now and no check. Called again and they said the request was made two weeks ago but not processed. They said they can process another check that will take another 5-7 days. Not going to play the 5-7 day game. This is a company that the government should shut down for fraud. Marketing something they can't deliver in a timely manner.

I too ordered 2 flashlights and chargers of Feb 28 and have not received anything, other than a shipping number and saying they are back ordered. If they are for real they should have caught up on back orders by now. I think we need to file complaint on better business bureau and go to amazon.

I BOUGHT 3 OF THESE FLASHLIGHTS W/CHARGERS. WELL, THE MANUAL CLEARLY STATES THAT IF AND WHEN IT LOSES IT'S CHARGE, PLUG IN THE CHARGER, AND ALLOW IT TO RECHARGE FOR AT LEAST 45 MINUTES. WELL, WHEN THE CHARGER IS PLUGGED IN, A RED LIGHT APPEARS. NO PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM, IS THAT AS SOON AS I PLACE THE BATTERY ONTO THE CHARGER, THE LIGHT AUTOMATICALLY GOES TO GREEN, WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO APPEAR WHEN THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED. OK,... NO LARGE DOG. I'LL SIMPLY TIME IT FOR 45 MINUTES, AND THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. WELL, ONCE FULLY CHARGED, I PUT THE BATTERY BACK IN, AND IT'S ALL GOOD. NOT,... THE VERY NEXT DAY, I TURN THE FLASH LIGHT BACK ON, AND IT'S DEAD AGAIN. I'M KIND OF PERPLEXED. I CURRENTLY HAVE IT CHARGING YET AGAIN. THIS IS THE THIRD TRY FOR ME. I AM FRUSTRATED, TO SAY THE LEAST. SO FAR,... SO BAD.

I ordered 3 flashlights and 3 rechargeable batteries on Feb 7,2016. They charged by CC on Feb 8. I called them once about three weeks ago and was told they expected an order the following week. I have a UPS tracking number, that is several weeks old. I sent their support a msg this morning telling them to ship the order immediately since my account was charged on Feb 8th. If they do not reply and ship the merchandise by Wednesday. I will dispute the charge on my CC. Two things could happen. 1. They ship the order. 2 I get my money back and go elsewhere.

I bought 5 flashlights and they all suck. I have regular flashlights that outshine the shadowhawks 10 over. This is a scam. Do not buy one of their flashlights. I can't believe I fell for this. Never again. The people who run this company should go to jail.

Ordered the flashlight January 29,2016. They took the money out of the account immediately and still no flashlight! I called, waited forever for them to answer, tried to cancel the order and the rep refused to refund. I highly suspect this is a scam. Beware!

Where are my flashlights. I ordered and paid for them on 2-4-16 and still they haven't sent them after 20 days. If not by this Friday, I want my money back. Since waiting 20 odd days, I got in touch with them and requested a return on my money. They did do that correctly.

If you were dumb enough (like I admit I was) to fall for their ads, at least check your order when it arrives. 3 of the 5 flashlights were DOA - the switch wouldn't work. When I took the base cap off to check the switch, the whole switch assembly and spring flew out across the room. They promised 3 replacements (no return/swap of the defectives needed which should tell you something about how much they are making on these when they can send 3 replacements free). After 10 days I called to see where my replacements were (promised in 5-7 days). They had only shipped the day before. Lousy customer service or outright lying - whatever you prefer. Yeah, it's bright. But go save up your money and buy a decent flashlight with 800 or 1000 lumens. One that will last. BTW, I certainly don't trust the rechargeable battery and charger included. It may be shipped from the USA, but the quality screams cheap $#*! from commie China. I will not be leaving the battery in the plugged-in charger unattended. Can you say potential fire?

I ordered five shadowhawkflashlight on January 29, 2016.and also ordered five rechargeable batteries with the order numbers ******* and *******. I have called the number *******2144 several times with no luck and left messages about not receiving them. Is this fraud or when will I receive them.
