We brought 2 of the shadowhawk flashlights. One of them the orange button to turn on the flash light it goes all the way in were you can not get it to pop back up you have to take the you have to take the camber off and the whole inside comes out we put it back in and pushed the white part down all the way then when you go to turn it on nothing happens and the orange button is down were it should not be
