Answer:

You can write your money off. I got my flashlight last year and I STILL AM WAITING FOR THE CHARGER TO COME. They have so many excuses it is actually funny how stupid they think their customers are. To work for them on the phones, you need to have a second grade education that is why there are so many liberals working there. I wrote my money off.

I received my flashlights a couple days ago and finally opned the package today. it looks like everything is there except instructions. i installed the three aaa batteries, pressed the orange button, and nothing. am i missing something.

You ether send the flash lites now or i go to my back and stop payment.

Doesn't seem to be the companies priority to have satisfied customers. Seems like the company is only after the orders. So many unhappy potential customers that are ready to ask for a refund for no product.

I want to return my order but the only telephone number is an international one and the return address is a po box in milton keynes. is there a contact point in the uk? can this company be trusted to refund my money when i have returned the goods/
