Parts were easy to find, and buying trough the PAYPAL very easy to manage. Unfortunately the shipping from US to Estonia were needed some extra money but thanks for customer service its going well-done.

Easy site to navigate, professional appearance, reasonable prices.
Only issue was it wasn't a perfect fit. Just had to enlarge mounting holes.
Other than that it is finished well.

You should offer free shipping...

You should offer free shipping...everybody offers free shipping these days.

The front emblem separated from the cap when it arrived and fell off my wheel when installed.

Richard was great with handling all the problems with shipping SFX was good, fabtech on the other hand screwed up my order I had to pay twice to have the lift fully out on because of parts they forgot to ship and then shipped later than they told me along with the actual knuckle of the lift all grinder up and looking horribly I can honestly say SFX I would order from but nothing fabtech anymore horrible service and product image
