Site easy to get through and find what I needed.Price is a little steep but worth not having to hunt forever. The product does not fit the items that were supposed to match. Sfxp is working with OEM to rectify and seem interested in resoling the issue.
My experience was great, I was looking for louvers from several different sites but really didn't like that they were held on with 3m tape and then I found these with hardware. They arrived and they're perfect!

I searched the internet for hours looking for a plain replacement emblem (under $110). Finally found AllSalesMfg by looking at packaging in a google image of an emblem. Then found the part number on their site, then found SFX by searching the part number. Can finally buy what I wanted! Hooray!
I wasn't really pleased with your ordering process for international shipping. I shouldn't have to call to confirm my shipping costs. It all should be done online when i order. The tracking number was a waste of time. It was scanned in texas then not scanned for 6days when the Canadian customs got it. But the bow tie is fabulous and very easy to install.
Over all an amazing experience (5 stars) got headlights covers for my 97 Camaro and came in amazing condition. If that isn't enough, I installed them and literally the day after a car hit me which his insurance will fix my car and I ordered ANOTHER pair since mine got damaged from the wreck. I will but my parts of available from here for now on.

This is my first time ordering from SFXperformance. I had to call and ask about when I could expect delivery as I never received a notification. I could not leave a vmail as SFX doesn't take voicemails. The gentleman I spoke to told me the order was coming straight from the vendor and he would get back to me with a "when". Never heard back.
The next night, after 2030, there was a THUD at my front door. New meaning to drop shipment I guess. The order was correct and the price was good. SFX needs to seriously work on keeping customers updated on order status. A email is all it takes when order status changes to keep customer from guessing where their order is.

The diagram to places the stickies was confusing once I place them on the louvers one or two corners kept popping up. I had to use 2 face tape to keep the louvers from popping up in the corners.
Enkei centercaps cant be found anywhere new, and you guys have them for a very resonable price. So excited, However since I have the enkei 92 and the centercaps I ordered fit the apache, I have to send them back
So far the experience has been good, but I will let you know after I receive my goods and how long it takes and their condition on arrival everything arrived in great shape
Aaron was awesome in understanding my issue and helping me place my order efficiently. What has been a rough, $400 day (cracked/welded rim, flat tire) has gotten slightly better. :)
I would like to commend Tony on assisting me. Unknowing to him, I have been in the car business for over 15 years and can appreciate great customer service.
Since the product details did not specify out side dimensions it would not work on mu rims so I had to return them and was charged shipping to and returned too!
Y'all have done an excellent job with my order although it took a little longer than I expected when I placed it. But the product was of good quality and I did get it so I can't really complain
My product was backordered but I did not receive any notification that it was back ordered. Eventually after 2 weeks I called and found out the backorder is why my order hadn't shipped. I would have preferred that SPX proactively sent me an email that my order was on backorder and provide the expected ship date. As a customer this would have set my expectations and kept me in the loop so I didn't have to worry if my order was lost, stolen, or if I purchased from a fraudulent vendor.
Once I spoke to you CS rep he was very knowledgeable and friendly and quickly answered my questions. I was satisfied with his helpfulness. However it was a call I shouldn't have had to make.

I was upset that 2 day shipping took TEN DAYS!
I felt LIED to, disappointed and stressed that this package arrived after Christmas.
I ordered this on December 16th and received it on DECEMBER 26th...in a crappy chopped up box
That was crooked and couldn't be used to wrap the gift.
This is the SECOND email that I have written about this problem.
The first email was send on 12/24.
I expect some financial reimbursement for this...or I will never order from you again.

Parts were easy to find, and buying trough the PAYPAL very easy to manage. Unfortunately the shipping from US to Estonia were needed some extra money but thanks for customer service its going well-done.
