Infuriating!...
August 6, 2021

Red by SFR: 3 weeks without telephone nor internet. Impossible to join any human being, the customer service is digital, useless with an internet out of order!...
Their head office doesn't answer to registered mail.
Only by changing the internet provider did I learn my problem was a disconnection of the fiber somewhere outside my house.
Having duly returned the equipment, they still tried to bill me for it.
To be avoided at all costs!

SFR SIM card block my local calls
May 7, 2023

Apart from above also gives a message that my limit has been exceeded and when I phone them to ask why they say it's not exceeded however over and over I get blocked when urgent calls to my Doctor or hospital.
The SFR system does not function.

Worst and nightmare
December 14, 2021

I had 1 year with them and went to another company because of the price but they renewed my contract and not want to cancle. I called their online service number and was nightmare, i called total 8 times approximately and everytime 2 hours of talking but suddenly they cut the line when requested for cut the contract. I never seen in my life that kind of worse service. I hope they cut my line which they are stealing from my account. Please aware from spamer.

French version: J'ai passé 1 an avec eux et je suis allé dans une autre entreprise à cause du prix mais ils ont renouvelé mon contrat et ne veulent pas annuler. J'ai appelé leur numéro de service en ligne et c'était un cauchemar, j'ai appelé au total 8 fois environ et à chaque fois 2 heures de conversation, mais soudain, ils ont coupé la ligne à chaque fois. Je n'ai jamais vu de ma vie pire service. J'espère qu'ils coupent ma ligne qu'ils volent sur mon compte

Tant que tout marche bien, pas de souci, mais si on a à faire avec le service clientèle, l'enfer commence. Les gens qui répondent ont des phrases toutes faites qu'ils vous répètent en continu. J'ai été obligée de perdre mon calme pour avoir un résultat.
