Their CEO * has been found guilty of fraud by the federal government. Just google it. This company provides no service, is dishonest, fake leads, deceptive practices and have no intention of actually helping you when you complain. They hide behind prefabricated scripts and will continue to make fake promises about they have every intention to make it work. They will only continue to mention the year long membership. They will continue displaying you account as being on an automatic payment system even when you demand that they stop it. They will send you nothing in writing. All SetSchedule does is have you download some app that just shows records that you can obtain from your title company along with a few fake leads that have not been vetted by anyone. When you reach referral prospects they always complain about how they keep getting phone calls. I had a couple leads on the first day and nothing since. The only thing they offered was to send me recycled leads. This is a scam!

After I wrote a truthful review in how bad set schedule is for realtors. I got a third call from the head manager Dhaman Gill. He wanted to talk to me to help me with my grievance. I give anyone e the benefit. He Sey an appointment for around two weeks later. Pawned me off to another person victor lara. And guess what. Never called me for the third time. My counselor didn't call when he said he would and no one from the company calls when they say. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

If SetSchedule has breached its contract with you, please file a complaint with the California Department of Real Estate, which holds the license for SetSchedule. Per the Attorney General's website: "If your complaint is not against a business that is regulated by another agency, then you may file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office." I signed a 6-month contract with SetSchedule, which ended on August 21st. I was promised/contracted for 10 seller appointments and received 4. One was an 80+ year old lady whose nephew was her realtor and who had no idea why I showed up on her doorstep. Another was a 70+ year old who lived in an apartment and had nothing to sell.
I contacted the company to get a refund because they were in breach of contract. Left several messages and it took weeks for someone to get back to me. I finally spoke with a manager and was told that I would not get a refund because there was nothing in the contract that entitled me to a refund, even though they admitted that they only gave me 4 leads. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General of California in an effort to get my money back, to no avail. I also reached out to the Inman author, who has also received several complaints.
A legitimate, customer-driven company will do everything it can to resolve issues and make sure its customers are happy. Not SetSchedule. They took $1,850 and provided nothing in return. Don't waste your money. If you've had a bad experience with this company, please file a complaint with the Califonia Department of Real Estate, the Federal Trade Commission, and the CA AG's office.

I purchased this service in May they told me I would get 50 verified leads a month and after that I would have to purchase any additional verified leads. The leads are fake numbers don't work no answers bad emails. I have even had people think I was calling to purchase their property. When you call into support they tell me they are giving me 15 leads a month if I call and talk to my support advisor. This person has not spoken to me before. I scheduled appointments and they cancel them and don't reset the appointment. I have asked to speak to the management and even had them send it to me in an email and nothing. They just want to take your money. This has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I have not received any renewals on my monthly "free" allowance and when I spoke to support they told me that I lost the leads and they would not return any of them. They also said that they would not cancel my subscription or refund any of my money. Stay away! I have 75 agents in my office and I tell everyone to stay away.

SetSchedule is nothing but a bunch of modern day crooks. I got 'sucked' into their hype with literally Z-E-R-O results to show for my money and efforts. They will pitch you on how they buy leads from other sources and it is cheaper than what you can buy them for because of their volume discount. They will tell you leads are exclusive and that they have a new system that will allow you to connect with the lead via telephone transfer. All of it false, misleading and quite honestly a scam.
If you do not cancel your subscription, SetSchedule will take it upon themselves to renew your subscription for you automatically and charge for for another round of useless service. If you dispute with your credit card company they will claim you had to notify them in writing to cancel your account even if you have removed your credit card info from your profile. They will call you prior to your renewal and be all nicey-nice but you will never ever hear back from them after that. * and * are the ring leaders of this sham. I have literally called * over 25 times and he has yet to call me back.
DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES sign up to this service. Complete waste of money - thousands of dollars worth.

Set Schedule is literally the worst partner company I have ever worked with in 25 years in Real Estate. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR LIES! These are bottom of the barrel horrific leads. None of them are actual buyers. They make canceling the service nearly impossible, they are non-responsive to inquiries, the auto renew you after you tell them not to, but wordt of all, these are made up leads. None of them are real. Trash company, trash product, trash people working for them.

When I signed up for the service I as informed that I would receive many qualified leads. I set up my search areas and I continue to get leads from outside my search area. Many of the leads have wrong numbers or incorrect email. Most of the leads are $100,000. I met with several different customer service agents and each of them said they would eliminate the leads from Seattle and those under $500,000. I continue to get those leads. I was also informed that the gold membership will allow me and possibly two other agents to call on the client. I only reached two potential clients and they had several calls from many agents. One said up to 20. When I signed up I was speaking with the * the territorial sales manager. He assured me that I would get several leads and to give it two weeks. If not satisfied he would make it right and cancel with refund. I have left him several messages asking to cancel. He no longer responds. I feel that this company is a "bait and switch." I have set up three conference calls with my consultants and every time they haven't called me at reserved time. I simply want to stop the service. I want * to honor his word.

I'll admit, I should have investigated the company further before signing up, but the Sales rep was very good at his job. He was most attentive until after I paid the annual fee, and then he ignored my calls and emails. I was promised that I would have a "success consultant" that would help me learn the program and be successful. EVERY month it was a new "success consultant" and I had to start all over; it was so frustrating. Many of the "success consultants" new less about the program than I did and NONE of them had any understanding of the real estate business and how it works. All of my attempts to reach someone in management to lodge a complaint were wither ignored or I got an "autoresponder" reply. Terrible company, complete rip off, and a huge waste of time and money. DON'T DO IT!

A total of 3 leads have been available for over 2 months. The "leads" we have contacted have advised that they have not been on a home buying / selling website for months. Stay away.

Answer: Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps
